I went in to this business today to have the zipper on my Ugg boots fixed. The gentleman who I’m assuming is the owner fixed my boots within one minute. 😄 He was so helpful and efficient. I will definitely recommend this business!!!

A week ago i brought 2 expensive heels that I was nervous to bring. One needed 2 straps that were suede and the other one of the straps popped. At first, Boris wasn’t sure that they would have the right material but luckily they did and he fixed them strap on my Giuseppe heel good as new. I’m so thankful.

My daughter broke the buckle on the Irish dancing shoe which she needs for a major competition next week. I was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed on the spot!

Excellent work and very fair pricing! I had 2 pairs of leather boots repaired that were in pretty rough shape, and a week later they were good as new! You can tell how much love and care was put into bringing them back to life. I can’t wait to bring in more of my shoes and bags to the shop.

I was in town for a wedding and needed an emergency repair on a shoe. Boris went above and beyond. He fixed the issue and was able to complete several additional wear and tear items that will greatly prolong the life of my shoes. He managed it all in less than 24 hours. My shoes are a size 4 and it is not easy for me to replace them so the additional repairs are invaluable to me. I cannot say enough good things about Boris. I am considering bringing all my shoes with me next time I visit family so that Boris can work his magic on them.

I have brought three designer bags to be repaired and I was so amazed with the craftsmanship!! I got them back in a timely manner and the owner is so friendly and explains so well what needs to be done. I will definitely be bringing him more of my items!
