During prime time hours the store is always closed. Had to walk there from Freeport. Not happy. The store number is the managers cell phone number. Any time of the day the store is closed on multiple occasions.

The Baldwin Metro PCS has good costumer service Up Untill you make a purchase. After you make a purchase the sales person gets annoyed when you ask for help about the new phone features. You would think that after purchasing a cell for 275.00 any questions or help about using the cell phone would be warranted and supported by the costumer service in that store. I was told I would not get more help. I Will never buy a cell phone at that Metro PCS again.
