My wife loved the limo ride! I planned a surprised wedding anniversary dinner for my
wife and she couldn’t stop gushing about the limo, especially. The ride was clean and
cozy. The chauffeur was also very professionals and courteous. Everything about our trip
was beautiful and it was indeed a beautiful wedding anniversary for us. Thanks, SGB

Called and was quoted a price but when I called back to book they upped the price by more than $60 each way. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he would call to follow up and he never did. Unprofessional and rude I went with another company.

Drive was 40 min late going to airport and had some girlfriend on passenger seat . Pick up from airport same 1 hour late , tried to call many times driver never picked up the phone . Never apologize! Stay away from this company!

S & G drivers need training, lots of training. In customer service. In driver etiquette. The driver who picked me up at 9am from the Long Island Marriott and took me to LaGuardia Airport all but demanded that I engage in conversation with him. Despite my every effort to show him that I preferred silence. Sure. There's a certain amount of polite conversation between driver and customer that one expects (are you comfortable with the temp, hope you enjoyed your stay in NY, where is home?). Fine. But when the customer doesn't volunteer anything beyond a pleasant monosyllabic response the driver should take the hint. But not this guy. It was as if the guy was offended that I wanted to be left to my thoughts. "Do you like NY? What do you like about NY? Where do you live? What do you like about where you live? There's the baseball stadium over there. Do you like baseball? What DO you like then? Have you been to Central Park? Did you like it? What do you like about Central Park? Why not? I like fishing. Do you fish?" Really Dude? And one more thing, don't reach out and touch the customer with a good-by pat on the arm as she walks away with her luggage. Two stars because the driver arrived to the hotel on time and got me airport curbside in time for my flight. But a customer shouldn't have to engage with a driver if she doesn't want. Unprofessional driver.

I travel for work and frequently need a ride to a NYC airport from Long Island. Taxi service has been unreliable in my area of Long Island. I have found the only service for me. S&G Limousine is professional and offers the customer service that is lacking from other companies. I will only use them and without reservation recommend them to all looking for a car service.

We tried S&G for the first time to get to JFK from the north shore of long island. The driver, Guy, contacted me about a half hour prior to a 5:30a pickup that he was on his way, arriving about 15 minutes early which was perfect. He was prompt professional and courteous, very nice, and had no problem making a quick stop for me (about 5 minutes, right on the route). Car was a very clean large black Mercedes. Would definitely use again!

We had a wonderful experience with S&G Limo ! Each of the three days was just perfect and created a lifetime of memories for us. All three drivers were excellent and the cars were in very good shape. They were very knowledgeable about the cities, were present on time and were very flexible on the itinerary.Thank you again S&G Limo for providing us with a wonderful and unforgettable experience !!!!

Excellent experience. The driver Jeff showed up a half hour early and was very pleasant. He carried our bags to and from the limo. Jeff was very courteous and professional and drove very safe. I am going to use these guys again. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Wow- really I didn't think it was possible to have a 2 star Yelp.. now I know it is. This clown show- is a scam. Owner needs a lesson in how to run a business, in empathy and in customer service- Driver shows up in a OLD vehicle on a day that's 100 degrees- I ask him nicely for AC- he gets annoyed- blasts the radio all the way to LGA from Massapequa- and there is no station just static- I complain to the company their response- cancel my return- YEP- OK.. Bye idiots- you get what you deserve and by looking at their reviews and their aging fleet- soon to be out of business..

I booked a party bus for 29. Was a little disappointed with the bus. Old and smelled a little. Not what was described to me. Wish I coulda seen it before hand. But they said they didn't have it on the lot. Also the limo was TIGHT with only 26 ppl. The 3 stars go to service. Friendly staff and driver. The limo was early and on time to pick us up. I would ask to see the limo for sure next time around.

I've used S&G limo on several occasions including rides to the airport, nights in NYC, a ride to my birthday and more. They are always reliable and have the best, most helpful drivers! S&G Limousine is always a great choice!
