I have to say, my first time coming here I was impressed with the quick response to my arrival. Staff is professional and easy to talk to. JP, the owner, is kind and fair. The service was done to my car with no problem at all! 5/5 recommendation! I sure will be coming back. He took such good care of my BMW. Thank You JP! ?

I never leave reviews on Google, but unfortunately this is an exception I have to make. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will rip you off to no end. Originally got quoted $103 for a job. Ended up paying $320 because “a bolt was frozen” and they had to use a torch to get it off. I’m sorry, but isn’t that kind of part of your job as mechanics to remove bolts? Even if they’re rusted? We do live in the North after all. Why should that be extra? I also was quoted that to be an extra $60-$70, but of course the extract price isn’t reflected on the invoice. The only thing on the invoice is that they did it, but they didn’t specify a price breakdown, so they can just generate whatever number they feel like and put it as the total and charge you for it. This is after I already had a bad experience with this shop with telling me my fog lights were faulty and charging me $60 for new ones. Turns out, my fog lights worked perfectly fine, they were just unwilling to even try to diagnose the issue. This shop will rip you off and I try to support black owned businesses, but I unfortunately can no longer do that with this shop as I’ve had 2 too many bad experiences.

BEST auto shop on Long Island. I gave this place 5 stars because of the customer service. I came in for two tires, breaks and an inspection which JP helped me with. He ordered the parts i needed which came quickly. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I recommended this place to my friends and family!!, 10/10 recommend and I’ll definitely would be coming back from now on!

I arrived 45 mins before closing for an oil change, they accommodated me and helped with my check engine light after finishing my oil change by 215. In an out, great service, no scams/gimmicks. Highly recommend

JP at the Long Island Auto Repair Shop is the most accommodating person I have met to ensure that your car is fixed and is in even better shape than when it was brought. He cares about his customers and again is accommodating to their times and needs. My family and I go to him every time because we know that we can really count on him for our auto needs!

My family and I have been coming to see JP at the shop for the past 4-5 years. His team has worked on a numerous amount of cars just from my family alone. This shop has always been my go to since relocating to long island. The shop is always so welcoming, clean and even has little snacks in the waiting room. 10/10 recommend ! ♡- K

I love this shop. JP the owner is my go to guy whenever anything needs to be done to any of my vehicles. Leaving my cars overnight and getting it back the next day is very convenient for people like me who always needs to have a working vehicle.
