Stop deleting my review !!!
This establishment is a scam and the manager with that distasteful attitude needs a reality check and know this isn’t right, they put a relaxer in my hair on Saturday 8/3 without my knowledge when I came into the salon today 8/5 explain what happened she denied my claims and will not give me refund. I told her that I felt dizzy and felt nauseous due to the relaxer her worker snuck in my hair. My hair smells like chemicals and I have never got a relaxer done in years. She offered to show me footage that she didn’t put relaxer in but I know it’s already mixed in the bottle. She even mouthed out her foul odor mouth what can she do to fix it I asked for a refund which is $57 her cheap self said she will not give me a refund regarding the issue. I hope no one steps foot in this establishment. The manager does not need to own a business and operate with a cosmetology license with the way she and her staff operates. I know what my hair texture is with and without a relaxer. This all could have been avoided if she would have given me a refund. She looks GUILTY just off the way she reacted and how GUILTY her employee looked. JUST BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE STRAIGHT HAIR DOESN’T MAKE IT OK TO RELAX MY HAIR WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE…. FYI she loves to use her religion as an scapegoat.. you being Christian has nothing to do with your wrongdoing. Stop using your religion to make yourself feel better you sad excuse of a business owner.

Jahaira is a sweet heart and is truly a professional hair stylist! She has been in business for years and I’m always satisfied when I come here. Her staff is also very skilled and talented.
I’ve seen when difficult customers come in, she handles herself professionally, getting the job done. If anyone leaves a negative review, they unfortunately caused issues and were not satisfied when they didn’t get THEIR own way.
5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could leave zero stars I would. It was an extremely distasteful experience. I got a sew in done by the owner Jahaira & she did not do the style the way I wanted nor did she blend my hair. The tracks were sewn in extremely far apart as well. When I told her I was not satisfied she refused to refund me, made ignorant comments about my hair texture, laughed with her coworkers, gave me a check that wasn’t even half of what I paid and then proceeded to snatch it from me and rip it up. Poor customer service and poor work.

They keep deleting comments because they don’t want to lose money or for people to know they are racist.She is degrades her black customers in Spanish and think some are American and don’t understand her.Save your money this is not a good business and they don’t care about your hair.She broke off my hair so bad my other stylist was in shock.

She is a nasty person. Rude. A lot of people had complaints about her and I am happy they are finally speaking up. She talks about customers and she has no customer service or work ethic. Just a nasty woman

I've been coming here for 3 years. Jahaira is so good. Yes, there is often a wait, but it's worth it. The Botox treatments have helped my hair grow so much.

I recently moved to Long Island and needed a new salon to go to. I googled salons near me and Jahaira’s Salon came up right away. I assumed this would be one of many shops I try before I find the right one and let me tell you!!!! I don’t need to look any further. The women/stylist here are extremely friendly and efficient; from the lady washing my hair to the stylist at the end. I’m so happy I found this salon and it’s only a few minutes away from my residence. On a side note, I was suggested to try keratin instead of a relaxer and I am o. LOVE with my hair. From sitting in the chair waiting for my hair to dry I’ve seen weaves being installed, ponytails being slayed?, nails, pedicures etc. the point I’m trying to make is that you can get everything done in one place. All three of my Sisters now come to this salon and they live in Queens!! THANK YOU JAHAIRA and thanks to the excellent ladies that work there. If you’re on the fence, just try it out.
