I liked this place in the beginning because they had a gentleman their that had the place running decent, but ever since his departure, it has been slacking horribly. They barely have cars, and the young lady whose still there can't authorize rentals due to a lack of vehicles. The general manager of this branch has to authorize rentals, but she doesn't respond to emails or teams. I would like it if the owner of Hertz contacted me directly personally, not just reply here.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ! I Was renting for $500/ Week and was never late! they made up a story that my bank didn't authorize one the payment. They repo the car stole over $300 worth of personal belonging. Including my ez pass which the next driver kept using. Now 2 weeks after, they ran my card for almost $3,000 USD. They give you numbers to call and no one answers. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

The girls who work there do a good job, with the lack of resources they have. However this is a scam, rent a Tesla and hate your life.

BANNED me for LIFE and stole $500+ from me. (Fighting them for it now). I kept getting messages (from the 1-800 number) saying that my rental could not be extended and must be returned. The manager at the place said he saw no reason for it to be returned and did not ask me to return the rental.I made several 30 minute trips (costing time and money) to show up, in person, because they never answered the phone. Each time I was told that everything was ok.So I just ignored the messages telling me to return the vehicle. When I finally did return it, I found out I was charged a $535 overdue fee and was placed on the DO NOT RENT (DNR) list.Hertz is beyond stupid and doesn't know how to treat its customers. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. If unsuccessful, the next step is taking Hertz to small claims court.Beware and stay away from this stupid company. Hertz is the WORST.

People are the worst here. Avoid coming here to rent . They just making jokes and looking their phones and not asking who’s next or what you need or nothing. And any questions you have they got mad or etc. that’s why machines are gonna replace are jobs.

Is this still an active Hertz location?!!! I’ve been calling for 3 days in a row since it’s the closest to me that is affiliated with Uber and NOBODY picks up!! Smh what a joke
