Foxx Beauty Supply is a fantastic Black Owned Beauty Supply store. The store is clean and has a wide variety of supplies, including hair for synthetic braiding, wigs, traditional hair products, and up and coming product lines. Customer service is frequently great and fantastic, with friendly, attentive, and helpful owners and multiple associates. The prices are cheaper than other stores and they close late. Some customers report negative experiences with exchanges without a receipt and an impatient attendant who was not a good listener. However, many customers highlight the best customer service experience and a lasting loyalty for the support received, vowing to always support this business.
The best customer service experience. Ive been a couple of times but today the attendants responded to every question and were very attentive. Definitely coming back. The prices are cheaper than the stores across the street.

Black Owned Beauty Supply store. The customer service was great. I love that they close late, I believe around 8/8:30pm on a Sunday. They have a wide variety of supplies.

I couldn’t exchange a product without the receipt the thing is I paid with Apple Pay and they disallow me to use the electronic receipt
