Dear Dollar Store manager, your store is extremely dirty, hot because your AC isn’t working and customers are met with an awful smell. One customer said it smells like a dead rat, another suggested it could be spoiled food. Is your refrigerated food safe? These are deplorable conditions for your employees and customers alike. We should have known something was wrong after noticing entrance and exit doors were propped open. It was 83 degrees outside and felt like 100+ degrees inside your store. The long line was ridiculous with only 2 registers open. Do better!?

A very hot summer coming to this unorganized Dollar Tree; there is no fan or AC in this store. Everyone is venting and the line to check out is pretty long long. This cashier who acts like he is the manager with no name tag/ID or no customer service skill whatsoever. Im sorry to take his pic because i would like to report to the upper management or to help customers avoid this guy at all costs. Firstly, he confused us. We went in line at a family and he thought we re separate bcz we have a bunch of stuff in our cart (he seems not to bothered taking us). He told us to go to another line but there was already someone there and then he yelled at us that we didn't pay attention. Meanwhile he was hot with his sweaty shirt and he was the one that screamed at us in front of everyone. Maybe bcz we are Asian.? Then he said we had attitude and refused to continue the service. Meanwhile my aunt calmly answered him that he is wrong; and he has to continue the service. He was so rude and disrespectful to the customers. I know it s hot but please calm down; we re customers wanting to get out too. We dont want to get verbal abuse here. Will never return! 99cent stores have much more stuff and they want customers!

I went to the dollar tree today at 9:30 pm and the door was closed but the sign stated the store closed at 10pm. Horrible store management. Why only in black neighborhood….

From the size to the selection this is one of the better Dollar Trees in the area. They have a nice grocery section if you're in a bind and need some food. They have a wide selection of other products as well. The parking lot is big, so there's never an issue with finding a spot. The staff is nice and professional even though they are extremely understaffed.

A good-sized Dollar Tree store. But there is always a long line form at aisle 15. The store is in a shopping strip, attached to a parking lot.

Understaffed every time I go which equals long lines with only 2 registers open.2yrs later ,same thing. Sunday morning 10am. A store this size there's no excuse to have 1 register open..It seems like everyone has to suffer with these long lines year round ,so that the manager can get their little bonus by keeping costs down and understaffing
