Excellent managerial skills, I wasn't expecting the manager to call but he was ensuring the matter was handled appropriately and for any necessary suggestions. Calling checking on customers has been the practice of the bank manager at this local branch. The managers at Baldwin branch are exceptional.

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. A bulk of my money is with them. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit box though. They have two indoor ATM's. Big parking lot in the front.

You guys need to open the bank this is ridiculous that we have to wait 30 min on average for your bank tellers to help drive through customers this is pure insanity and lack of respect for your customers. Drive thru is so slow paint would dry faster

Friendly but they give the wrong info.. telling us we can do something on the app but instead we have to call and deal with customer service

The worst bank I have ever been to. Customer service is terrible. The drive-in is really not a drive-in for customers. 1teller runs back and forth to the drive in from inside. If there are cusomers inside, you can forget it. Inside customers get priority. I have waited 20 mins or more and no one comes. You can ring the bell as much as you please. One time she came and was annoyed that I rang the bell. She told me she was waiting on other customers. They should shut it down and stop calling it a drive in. I had to go to another chase to make my transaction. I hate this branch.
