They can help set you up with a rental car if you need one. They'll be up front and honest and what will need to be to fix your car and how long they approximate it will take. “To be honest I've never had to visit an Auto Body shop before. With that said I'm glad I went to Luxury Auto Body LLC. The work that was done was great!! A++. The two reps that I interacted with, Mr. Justin and Ms. Kenya were professional and informative. They even looked out for my five year old that was with me. I tell you l, you won't go wrong doing business with them. The owner, Mr. Alex, was God sent. I say that because of his personality and also because he was there when the accident occurred and took care of everything!

“Even though I was well back from the car in front of me when a 52,000 pound truck hits you in the rear I was pushed into the car in front of me. When a 52,000 pound truck slammed into the back of my Honda Accord I did not realize the extent of the damages. But I did know where I was going to bring my car for repairs. Cannon Collision and Joe L. in Hicksville did a fabulous job making my car drivable and like new. The important thing to know is that Joe knows how to work with the insurance company who only wants to (insurance adjuster) minimize their losses.
Like for instance you should want the colors on your repair to match. The colors on my repair were perfect.

“This shop stand behind their work. I have been going to sanford for almost 8 years now. Essentially when they first opened up. They always welcome each and every customer with respect and treat every car with the utmost care as if it was their own. Recently, I had them do apply paint protection film (PPF) on my front end of my Audi TT last fall and due to unforseen failures from the PPF, they told me to come back and in the spring and they will redo it. I did just that and they redid it and it exceeded my expectations. This alone shows me that Leah, Reef and the sanford team stands behind their work. While my vehicle was in the shop, they kept me updated and it was very easy to get updates (via text) and they are always and readily available to answer any questions with a lot of patience! If you know me, I am crazy about attention to detail and the team was the same and welcomed it! Thank you Leah, Reef for the top notch work!”
