This pharmacy is never open at the stated business hours. 11 a.m on Saturday - still closed !!! Should be open by 10. Happens all the time. Very annoying !!!

The pharmacy is friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is fantastic and she is always willing to help and answer any questions or concerns. The experience is much better than a big chain store. Make the switch to Baldwin pharmacy

After losing my husband & my health insurance, the gentleman at this wonderful pharmacy worked their butts off to get me my meds at a reasonable price, as my new plan is not active for 2 more months..The entire staff is kind & caring!

Switched to this pharmacy a few years back, and was super happy. The Pharmacist was always super friendly, very helpful..one day I was short $1 for paying for my medications, and he was like don't worry, you pay me next time. He would always call me and tell me my medications were ready and always willing to deliver if i needed. At some point this pharmacist left, I'm assuming he retired. A younger man and woman took over, and since then the service has been sub-par. I never get a call my medications are ready, and when I called them last month to ask about my medications, I was told (with an attitude) we sent you a text, I said I never got one, so they sent me a text to sign me up for notifications. This month I STILL didn't receive notification my medications were ready. They lack of caring in this place has is extremely noticeable. There's no friendliness, no helpfulness, not even a smile or a have a nice day. The female pharmacist in the back never even speaks. When I check out they never ask if I have an questions, even with a new medication. I feel like I'm inconviencing them when I go there to pick up my medications. I will be changing pharmacies. Maybe bring the older man back for a few weeks to train you in customer service.

I was aware this pharmacy opened, but originally had no interest as I used Walgreens across the street. But one day, I drove my elderly neighbor over as she needed surgical supplies which Walgreens did not offer. The pharmacist couldn't have been kinder, more patient or helpful and I thought, why not patronize a local business rather than a large chain? He quickly and efficiently switched my existing subscriptions, and since then they've been filled promptly and courteously. In addition, they offered to deliver them - should I ever need that service. Give this pharmacy and try. I think you'll be pleased.
