DON’T GO HERE! I made the hour long drive to look at their 2020 Civic. Not only were the safety features all messed up, but I took it for an inspection at a local mechanic. The mechanic pointed out major frame damage from an accident on the passenger side doors, damaged front pads, rotors, and axles, and numerous other red flags. The owner refused to reimburse me for the inspection and said that it was my fault that I did not look into it further before making the trip. They try to sell lemons that they buy from auctions. Listen to the bad reviews and avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!

I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado and I had a fantastic experience. The guy and his team are professional, friendly and very courteous. For example, when I needed to go to the bank, they drove me. The alternative was driving myself but they insisted. I really appreciated that. Even though I did not leave with the car the same day, they made sure it was in outstanding shape. New break pads and rotors were added in addition to a new battery. Also, the car was washed and the interior was detailed. Not every dealership does this. They even allowed me to test drive a high performance vehicle even though I had no intention of purchasing it. Some dealerships are reluctant to do this. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Baldwin Auto. You will not be disappointed.

I would give this place less then one star but this is the best I could do, all the guys there were very suspicious and when it came to the day for me and my father to buy the car the car wasn’t in sight neither was the guy who was supposed to sell it to us. They were very fishy and strange, they all had some act going on, these guys are crooks

Wish I could put no stars. I was sold a lemon from these guys. A week after I brought the truck the battery died, the truck couldn’t pass inspection so I had to fix it. Then the rear cross member broke from being rotted out. He took me to a b.s. welding shop to fix it. They did a horrible job and it broke a few weeks later. I replaced both rear cross members , those cost $648 dollars just for the parts. Now the truck won’t even start. It has 16 codes on the scanner. This place is unbelievable. DO NOT GO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!

Just picked up a 2007 Dodge Ram. I worked in the car business for a long time and dealt with many used car places. I can tell you the experience here was good. It’s a simple place and the transaction was also simple. Got what I wanted and for the price I wanted to spend. What else can you ask for?
