The website for Baldwin NY states that Liqui Moly oil is in stock. I called to confirm and the 2 people I called..the 1st didn't know what it was, I asked for the mgr..Mike and he stated they DO NOT SELL it all. Not sure if it's the location or the corporation that is at fault for the info on website.

I don't know what happened to the people that they used to have working there. Last week the guy helped me replace my bulb. I have the occasion to need to replace it again today and the guy was not there. the young lady who was helping me came outside to look at my car look up the part and then sold me the incorrect part had someone kindly come outside to help me replace it they would have seen that they sold me the incorrect part. They gave me the wrong part, when I come back in the woman who works in the back is like yelling at me when it was the young lady who work in the front on the register who looked up the part for me and gave me the wrong part after looking at my car, and advising me what to buy. Now not only the tail light bulb does not work, my blinkers are out too. thanks alot! Now I cannot drive my car. And I have the further aggravation of being argued with from the people who work in the back should have asked the employee what they told me to buy. This whole thing could have been avoided and the damage to my car now I cannot go to my doctor's appointment this morning. Now I also have to replace the socket as well.

After a day at the beach, got into my car only for it to not start- battery died, serviced by AAA twice (couple hours in between) to end up at this AutoZone for a new battery. They were more than accommodating! They found my battery right away and even did me a little favor and installed it after hours. Their kindness and dedication meant sooo much!

Sick of this autozone . No matter what you come here for they don’t have it and you have to drive 14 miles to Levittown.. that’s not the problem though.
Had part sent from Levittown it was the wrong part. I waited 30 min in the Baldwin autozone to pick up this part and go. Ended up being the wrong part . So I wanted to exchange it. Of course Levittown has it. Asked to send it here . The girl said give her a minute like 6 times so she can help her own employee with a price and trying to buy a children’s toy model car.. really? while 5 other people in autozone uniforms just stared at me never tried to help as if they weren’t clocked in yet. How mature.. I was standing there so long the only customer in the store and decided to just walk out and take the unpleasant 14 mile drive to Levittown in horrible traffic all because this autozone is useless. Will never ever come back to this one. But what does autozone care right ? A sale is a sale. Can’t wait for this location to get replaced with another nail salon or bagel store .

Wish I could leave more starts for this amazing place. The parts selection is great. However, the thing that makes this Autozone stand out above the rest is the staff. Want to give a special shoutout to Gregory! His knowledge helped me with my battery and starter troubles. He went above and beyond to help me get ny car up and running again!
