Nina at the front desk is professional and the sweetest woman you will meet. She will take care of you and make sure you get a great rental car if needed. This is the only place I would take my vehicle if you need work completed. 5 star!!!”

“My experience here was EXCELLENT!!!! Crown Ford in Lynbrook referred me here and I am SO glad I chose here!! Friendly staff and they took care of not one but 2 exhaust pipes in less than an hour and charged $400 less than what Crown Ford charged plus American Muffler had the parts in stock, where Crown Ford said out of stock and not available for 4 days!! Excellent choice coming here and any issues I'll definitely be back!!! Excellent job!!!???”

“I'm a distrustful person by nature. Humans are always trying to get over on other humans. I guess it's a form of survival of the fittest. So, when I come across genuinely good humans (especially in the auto repair industry) I am shocked and dismayed.The lads over Chris' Service Center are genuinely good humans. They have serviced my vehicles for 7 or 8 years. Every time, I have been there they have been transparent as to what they have done or will do. They won't surprise you with, "I had to..." Nyet. They call you before they do anything to your vehicle. They advise. No pressure.Ronnie is the main dude at Chris'. He is patient and non patronizing. I know nothing about cars except for how to drive them. Does Ronnie know? Yes. Does he spew automotive jargon when I visit? Nyet. He patiently explains.One time my wife, a driving neophyte, busted the side view mirror. I admit I wasn't too happy with the situation as I am very fond of my money. I may even have been a little upset, but Ronnie related to my wife that such things happen to all of us. It made her feel better. It was very nice. And he proceeded to order a mirror and eventually fixed everything. He even was nice enough to buff the tiny scratches (no charge)--- even nicer.When was I last there? Yesterday. I had an oil change and my inspection. I dropped it off at 7 am and it was ready for me by 9 am.Furthermore, the gas attendant, an Ecuadorian like me, always courteous and efficient.If y'all need work done on your car--- take it to Chris' Service Center.Services: Tires”

“I have been going to Venturi for more than 25 years. That says something about the service they provide. I used to live in Baldwin and they were a convenient location. For more than 20 years I have traveled a distance to get the service I can trust. They will tell me or at least drop big hints when my car is no longer worth repairing. I tend to keep my cars for 15 to 20 years and more. They keep my cars in good condition. I never come away thinking I have been taken advantage of. They will even do some very minor work and not charge me when I am more than willing to pay.”

“I was expecting they had 94 octane fuel but they do not and this was indicated in both on Google and the Sunoco website which is showing false information on the fuel type. If you're looking for that high octane, don't bother coming here.”
