“I brought my 2025 Infiniti QX60 Luxe to All Hour Collision after having my car for less than two weeks when I was rear-ended. This was on the recommendation of my insurance company, Geico. The damage did not seem that extensive, so I was surprised at the estimate. None the less, my vechicle was returned to me sooner than originally told it would be ready. So far so good. All my communication was with Peter Puran who was very friendly and helpful. He has even offered to look at my second vehicle that was not in an accident, but was having some heating and cooling issues. I read some of the other reviews, which now makes me a little concerned. My vehicle looks good, but I will update if things changes. Fingers crossed.
Update: My QX60 still looks good. And I brought my second vehicle to be diagnosed, due to the AC not getting cold and it sounded like there was a leak. This time I met the owner, Roman and another staff member , Nash. Not only did Nash find and fix the leak, but the owner approved the work free of charge as a courtesy for being a previous customer. Right away, Mike put my worries at ease the minute I met him and I knew I had picked the right place. My insurance wasn’t happy I didn’t go with a shop in their network but it was the best decision I could have made. I dropped my car off and they took care of everything. From dealing with my insurance to make sure everything would be covered, to providing me a rental, and even keeping me updated on the process, their staff was phenomenal. You’ll be hard pressed to find customer service like that anywhere; the fact it’s a family owned business really shines through.
