As an avid nyer for 43 years I will like to let all the people in Hempstead know that this place should be boycotted by all means necessary. The people in here are very nasty the most disgusting customer service I've ever received. They believe that they are the only store in Hempstead. They are mistaken . The windows extremely dirty. No bathroom for customers . Extremely rude disrespectful . People like this shouldn't be representing 7eleven. They don't even know how to bag groceries or wash their hands. As a person who regularly goes to all 7elevens in all towns . I will think twice before going in any 7eleven again after the nastiness I experienced in this location. There are way to many choices to have to deal with this type of trash.

What a dump. I wouldn't buy even prepackaged foot at this place. In spite of New York State laws requiring businesses to allow you to use the restroom with a documented medical condition, this business did not allow.

This 7/11 was the best they have prime and Mr beast chocolate bars the prime is only 3 dollars and the Chocolate bar is only 1 dollar

The majority of those positive reviews have to be fake. I used Grubhub to order some snacks from here. Every single item was something they couldn't have gotten away with selling in the store. The candy bars were expired or damaged inside of the package, like they were exposed to some type of chemical, melted then allowed to solidify or wet then dried. The food (chips, cookies) tasted stale and I believe they sold stock that should have been trashed a year ago but with grubhub, they pick out what they send you so they will send you expired, stale or damaged food. One of the candy bars gave my niece a tummy ache and did not taste like the real thing. I should have sued. These people must really hate their customers. They should not be in the community then. They are also extremely cheap, sending merchandise that is actual garbage. Stay away, or let them send you some rotten food so you can sue.

The clerks are extremely rude. Especially peter voo. I was trying to give him certain numbers to play, he stayed he couldn't help, he shoved a paper at me and told me to fill it out. There isn't any indication of where you can play the lottery. There was a white gentleman ahead of me who scratched his game off at the counter on the right side of the counter. Peter waited on him with 4 coustmers waiting . He then played power ball there, I was behind him, I asked for Powerball tickets and was told to step around to the other side of the counter to play. Right after he serviced the previous costumer from the very same place. Very rude!
