I just went to the seafood department and rather then help the lady told me it’s going to be awhile that she is just setting up her case …. It is about 8am. The appropriate response would be to help the customer see if there’s something in the back they need handle that and continue to stock your case.

I witnessed a cashier named Kim refuse to allow another customer to cover a single mother who was a few dollars short because she was black. I know this because she specified by saying "people like her don't deserve help". this happened nearly 3 months ago and she still works there, so I guess stop & shop employs bigots with no qualms.

So happy with this pharmacy. Everyone I have encountered has been very helpful and very kind. I like that I can choose for them to contact my doctors for refills , so I do not have to deal with that tedious step of Caremount’s automated system. Additionally , they have always assisted me in finding the lowest cost for my family’s medications. I have been using this pharmacy for 3 years. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I am done with the ineptitude of this pharmacy. If Andrew isn’t there things just don’t work right. Thankfully I’ve gotten a new RX program where Stop And Shop is not an preferred vendor. The only reason I gave two stars is because I like Andrew. Otherwise Good Bye!

Took advantage of the 60+ hours today. Wow - I was impressed! Everything was fully stocked (except bread and paper goods). Everyone was very friendly. Thank you!

This is a great Stop & Shop. The store is very nice, clean, and well lit. It's well stocked and they have a huge selection of items. The floral department is excellent! They've got a ton of very pretty, beautiful flowers and plants, as well as some very nice seasonal decorations. The sunflowers looked really pretty! The bakery is also excellent. They have a wide variety of baked goods that all look fresh and tasty. The cakes are decorated very nicely. We bought cherry donuts here once and they were delicious. The produce is good here. Watermelons, peppers, and lettuce all look fresh and well stocked. The deli is good with friendly staff. They have a wide variety of sandwiches that were well stocked and looked fresh. The chicken was all hot and fresh, and more was being made as we walked by. They had some nice salads as well. They have a nice selection of cheeses as well. The seafood is good here. The fish looked fresh and well stocked with a wide variety. Meats looked fresh. The staff here have all always been friendly, helpful, and attentive. I've seen the store manager walking around once making sure everything is moving smoothly which is good to see. There is a Starbucks located next to the bakery, and it's always busy and bustling with people. My only issue is I have found a few expired items here. This location seems to be better than most about rotating stock, but sometimes they miss an item, so just make sure you check the dates. Also, there is a bit of litter around where the carts are kept outside. Overall, this is a nice Stop & Shop. It's always busy and is clean with fresh foods and friendly staff. It's definitely a prime supermarket for this area. 4 stars for the Baldwin Place Stop & Shop.

Really terrible. Failed to fill prescription then told an hour. While I was waiting, someone came who was told 1 hour and they never filled their prescription either. Not sure what they are doing behind the counter but it is not filling prescriptions. Clearly pharmacy manager andrew reinhertz is not a good manager. Employees are clueless.

This part is probably more of a me problem but this store gives me such anxiety when I walk in it and I always leave in a bad mood. The set up is cramped and you can potentially run into someone at any given moment, it's chaotic to walk through the store. The Starbucks is situated next to the aisles and the line goes into the aisle sometimes. Plus an employee was rude to me at this store. Good produce, nice selection of food and clean.
