People there are great ,very helpful never had a problem with customer service, the drive up ATM is a total headache problems constantly thats on Chase NOT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK INSIDE, very happy.

This is the worst chase branch I’ve ever been to. They are slow, unhelpful and totally uninterested in helping customers. There is always a line of people waiting and plenty of staff ignoring them. Go elsewhere…

GO TO ANOTHER CHASE DOWN THE ROAD.We wanted to take out money (larger bills) at the ATM but it would only allow us to take $20, nothing more, nothing less. So we went through the drive through and a lady answered the window. We asked to withdraw money and she, hostilely, demanded a withdrawal slip that we had to fill out. No problem, but the moment we finished filling it out (not even a minute) she disappeared.Now there are cars piling up behind us while we are waiting to withdraw our funds. A man answers the window and asks us what we needed (no better tone than the woman) and takes our slip, doesn't ask any questions and hands us a variety wad of bills. EVERYTHING BUT a $100.We kindly (though they didn't deserve that) asked for $100s instead and handed the money back.We finally got what we needed, but it took a monumental effort for such a simple transaction.Chase, as a long standing customer, I'm heavily disappointed in you.

Wasn't acknowledged at the drive through. Was waiting for 5 minutes and no one came out. Would not recommend this branch .

I have both personal and business accounts with this chase branch. Everyone is very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The one person that goes above the top in assisting me through the covid, in which I don't have access to inside the branch has been Diana. Diana, makes sure to get everything accomplished for me even if it meant for her to make numerous trips back and forth from the branch to my car, with a smile on her face! Thank you Diana for all your help! :)

Not exaggerating. Over 10 minutes in line on drive up banking and I was the second car on line. Feel bad for the tellers. They’re doing their job.

I'm online at drive thru waiting over 15 minute called bank to see if maybe a manager could step up and help out and I get a recording that all tellers are busy how do you do business like this crazy

@ DAVID. This branch needs to learn how to provide customer service and keep equipment working. the Drive up ATM is constantly broken. the overall experience at this location is marginal at best.

Got here at 10:20am and no banker was available to serve me until 11:30 am an hour later and the branch was totally empty why have so many branches and so poor customer service the branch manager Radha Rampersad should be fired since this is just unacceptable everytime i come to this branch is to spend almost whole day. Please provide good service not leave people waiting for no Reason

Other reviews are factually inaccurate. I deposit at the ATM every month. It, the vestibule ATM, and the lobby staff are clean, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and exceptional at their business. Hours are broad enough to get in after work, and location is convenient in the shopping center. This is a wonderful bank, earnestly the best I've ever used.
