Going tomorrow to pick up our new Equinox, and couldn’t be more excited. The entire experience has been excellent, starting with Rocky and Jeffrey in the Scoville-Meno Owego location, and ultimately to the entire crew in Bainbridge. It was a simple, accurate and pleasurable experience from start to finish. Would definitely go back.

I recently purchased a new Chevy Traverse from Scoville-Meno in Bainbridge. The customer service by the Sales Manager, Ted was top notch. We have purchased our last six vehicles from him (now number seven) and he was amazing to work with. I highly recommend dealing with Scoville-Meno in Bainbridge to anyone.

Was looking for a Crew Cab Silverado with a bench front seat and couldn’t find one on Long Island. Found one that matched what I wanted at Scoville Meno in Bainbridge, made an appointment to see it, drove 5 hours and bought it that day. I recently spoke with Brad from the Bainbridge location about a trade in and purchase of a new SUV. He was super polite, made great efforts to get me into a new SUV. His knowledge about the vehicle was very impressive, not just the Jeep I was looking at but all the vehicles on the lot! I would 100% recommend having Brad help with any of your new vehicle needs. Wasn't able to close the deal yet but look forward to working again with Brad in the future.

This review is for the Service department in Bainbridge NY. We bought a NEW to us truck from them a few months ago, the sales department was helpful. Now Service on the other hand not so much. I won't mention names but the service attendant was un helpful. She made us an appointment for 1 week after we called and then FORGOT we dropped our truck off at 4pm the night before and handed the keys to her. Well with that being said, we called at 3pm the next day to find out she didn't know our truck was there ?? even though we gave her the keys ! Then tells me she called my husband to see where we were. We screened shot all his calls ,no messages and no missed calls. We offered to WAIT for the truck to be serviced to be told they have NO tech's available(315pm and there was no one in garage). This did not end well. I asked for a appt. the following Monday to have the Service Manager look at it(as he was on vacation). I was told by him he does NOT work on vehicles anymore and again has NO appts available for another week! I offered to go to Sidney to be told they don't work on Warranty vehicles or recalls. We tried to support local and will NEVER do it again ! Horrible service and couldn't even admit to their error and try to accommodate us. So its okay to sell us a $50,000 vehicle but has a worthless appointment service rep. and a Manager who wont work on a vehicle or make us a appt. to make their screw up right ....STAY AWAY from this Service dept.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I sent an email ahead of time to set up a test drive. The dealership was very responsive to both emails and later text messages. Additionally, they worked around my schedule to ensure that I had the time and information I needed to make my decision. I especially appreciated how they let me test drive the car solo. It may seem like a small thing, but it allowed me to really get a feel for the car and decide that it was right for me. Andrew and Ted were great. I’m so thankful for them!

Well I just found out this garage does really crappy work and allowed a car to leave dangerous to the road after doing the 32 point inspection. Rear tie rods both sides shot , sway bar bushings both sides shot now they replaced the rear shock assembly but never put the caps back on shoddy work and they zip tied this chunk of metal to the e brake line that would hit the side of the gas tank and claimed that was the clunk I was hearing. I would not take a tricycle there to have it repaired. BEWARE..

I have purchased new cars from Scoville years ago and was very pleased with them when they were a Ford dealer in Binghamton. I recently purchased a new 2023 GMC 2500 Duramax truck from another dealer and decide to schedule service from their Bainbridge Scoville Meno dealership. I was very pleased with service initially, however I was very displeased that following a routine oil change they decided to wash my vehicle with OUT even asking if I wanted it washed. We observed there elderly wash attendant take a brush and rag to wash the vehicle. My vehicle was purchased new and never washed other than in a touch free facility. We observed scratches over the vehicle and I called the dealerships manager who was very defensive of his employee and only offered he would look at the vehicle. I expect to take the vehicle back for them to look at, but definitely was very disappointed that the vehicle is damaged by their unexpected, unauthorized and unwonted "complimentary" car wash and lack of respect of asking me if I wanted such car wash before proceeding to wash it and cause finish damage. I will follow up and will repost once I have meet with the service manager to review the vehicle damage (Posting to Follow Soon).

I have purchased two cars from this dealership! They are good to you. They will find any GMC part you need! Great customer service. I would still recommend them in a heartbeat ?!!!
