Been using them for years. Work is ALWAYS great. Recently we got a frame done and we had decided on reflective glass. When we got it home, we realized that we'd much prefer the non-reflective. Even though we would have paid to get it re-done, the re-did it free of charge.

I've had many of my own pieces framed here and I've never been disappointed. Staff is very patient and helpful. No one rushes you and no one gives up until it's exactly right. I've found the pricing reasonable and the standards are the highest. Locally I wouldn't go anywhere else.
