I was in the store on 9/4/24, and there was an overwhelmed customer with large boxes very upset by what sounds like a "run-around" from the company she was trying to return her packages to. The poor lady was brought to tears, but I was so impressed to watch as 2 employees at the Baylon store helped her so much, I thought they deserved to be recognized for their efforts! The gentleman put her large boxes on a dolly and got a chair for her to sit down, while the woman behind the counter was so patient and caring, in addition to doing a fantastic job of figuring out the return, her customer service (even offering some water) was wonderful to see!! Nice to see such compassion!!

Avoid this place at all costs. The owner, Steve, is not only rude, he’s an absolutely inadequate person. Feel bad for those nice ladies who have to deal with that every day.

The customer service here is consistently terrible. They do not give you the full list of options when you want to send something, only listing the most expensive options so they can change more. They are also consistently rude. Will not be going again. Definitely recommend going to the Farmingdale store instead.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this location, but I've been going here for over 10 years and never had a problem. There was one guy a few years back who was a total pain, but they got rid of him pretty quickly.
In my experince everybody who works here is polite, professional, and effeicient. Not much more you can ask for.

$500 package was lost that was sent from this store. Owner STEVE unable to help. His employees unknowledgeable, gave me UPS number to track package as they were unable to. UPS stated I need to return to the store to track as it was sent from there. Tried to track with the store again, was told I need to start a claim. I tried to start a claim through UPS who stated I need to return to the store to start the claim. I returned to the store and was given no help as it was not sent from their account number, yet employees in the beginning knew the company I was returning it to. Three trips to the store and still out $500.

Been going here awhile. One rude experience after another just with the male staff. Today was the final straw. It was the owner that was VERY rude & he thought I was already out the DOOR when he passed his rude comment to his employee BUT I heard him. I informed him of such and how he just lost another customer. OVERPRICED & OBNOXIOUS OWNER . Stay away!!!

Update: The UPS store is finally placing the shipping label in our presence, which is great for customers. However, some staff members being overly chatty, causing longer wait times. While their kindness is appreciated, it's suggested to speed up the process due to the high demand.
My primary concern is that I often need to ask the workers to immediately place the return label on the package. It would be more convenient if they proactively did this and then handed me my receipt. Instead, they provide the receipt and place the package and label separately, which can lead to issues in such a busy store where labels might end up on the wrong package. When I request them to put it on right away, some of the female employees seem offended and comment, "Don't you trust me?" It's not about personal trust but rather the busy nature of the store with many packages, which could lead to mix-ups. To those employees, I would advise not to take offense; we're all adults, and it's about ensuring accuracy, not personal trust.

Bad experience every time. Inconsistent instructions and the people here are not good at managing customer expectations . They also tried to sell me a box for a "no label no box" Amazon return because they said they didn't have any that would fit. I called Amazon and they said this is possibly fraudulent practice. I come back with my own box as directed by the employee despite the no label no box QR code and they said they couldn't ship my return because it was too heavy? Meanwhile the first person I saw also weighed my packages and did not bring this up at all. 2 trips lugging my stuff there and back and I still haven't completed my returns because of this UPS.

Simply put, this place is a disaster and UPS should shut it down. Does not reflect professionally on their part.
