“I had an issue with a vape that I bought 10 days ago. Hamza (I’m guessing the manager) said that even though their policy was 24 hours after purchase, he understood my frustration when I bought it and did not give me the robotic answer. He took responsibility for what happened in his store and fixed the problem. By doing that he got himself a new loyal customer. ”

“I stopped in this store after work to buy some premium cigars. They have a great selection of both cigars and beer. I gave my Driver's License to one of the employees in order to make my purchase however I accidentally left it at the front counter of the store. About a little over an hour later I realized I misplaced my driver's license and immediately called the store. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. I later drove back to the store and retrieved my identification. I would like to take this time to thank the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness. “If you are looking for a cigar roller / station at your wedding, run to Village Cigar! Daniel and his team were absolutely amazing! The presentation was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the cigars and absolutely loved it. I never saw their table empty for a single moment. The package we chose provided us also with a beautiful customized humidor to bring home.
