I love the scheduling and sign in setup. It's very easy. Also I have loved working with every technician I've met through Quest labs. They are always pleasant and kind and fun to talk with.

Second time I've made an appointment for my two-year-old daughter and they can't draw her blood because they don't have the materials for it!! They don't call you to cancel. They wait for one to arrive to give you notice. Very badly!!

Made an appointment. I waited less than 15 mins. They are all so caring. Liz is the best! I have small veins and she got it!! Didn't hurt! Thanks Liz for being the MVP at your location.This location deserves more credit than these negative reviews. I have trouble giving blood and they do go above and beyond to make accommodations for me every time. Thank you team. Thank you Liz!I highly recommend.

I made an appointment at 1130 checked in via txt message and was called in less then 5 mins. I have hard veins to find, the first guy did a great gentle job But could not get the vein. Liz came in and found it and took my blood. Both employees who I encountered were fantastic. Thanks Liz
