After countless trips to multiple stores, countless hours trying tons of dresses on, what felt like a forever experience finally ended on a positive note at Omnibus!!! my daughter found so many options and ultimately found her perfect prom dress with the help of an angel by the name of Nicole. The staff here are beyond welcoming and helpful and truly have patience of saints!!! Nicole was so sweet and as soon as I informed her of the styles of dresses my daughter was interested in and the colors she started pulling beautiful options that ultimately my daughter was torn between two dresses, compared to the past several stores she visited where she couldn’t even find a dress close to what she envisioned. Nicole even took the time to listen to me baffle instead of brushing this crazy mom off. Thank you so much again and congrats 3 weeks and counting until your wedding don’t be like us waiting to get things done last minute lol

Although the store employee was helpful in trying to assist us in finding the right dresses, my daughter and I observed her and another employee smirking at us and apparently finding it funny that we were looking for "garden attire" for an upcoming bridal shower. The condescending attitudes were not appreciated and we won't be going back.

I went to this place today I couldn't believe what took place prior to going I called I asked if they had a particular gown they said yes I asked for the price of the gown the young lady told me the price when I arrived I put the gown on when I was all done the young said I have you the wrong price over the phone it's $300.00 more I made a mistake how is this possible shame on Omnibus

Wonderful experience finding a dress for my daughter's wedding. They had many dresses in larger sizes for me to try on which made the experience so much better. Their alterations were great. My dress fit perfectly!

I've heard wonderful things about Omnibus - I actually sent my daughter-in-law there with her mom and she bought a stunning gown for our children's wedding. Fast forward two years and I'm in search of a MOB gown this time. Alex was the absolute best - while I gave him a list of gowns I loved - none were in the store - he matched my taste and style all the way with gowns that were so stunning - I couldn't choose. We laughed - got serious and "oohed" and "aahed" a lot. I was with my daughter, daughter-in-law, sister and niece - we had ourselves a great time. Alex had the patience of a saint and I lost track of how many gowns I tried on. My choices were amazing. I wound up purchasing an original design that was breathtaking - I didn't know Omnibus had their own custom designs.. I love the fact that Alex went through the gown with a fine tooth comb and the changes that I want could be very easily done. I spoke with the manager Karen today because I had some concerns and she was just incredible. She understood and reassured me. I know I made the right purchase at the right salon for such an important occasion. Thank you so much!!

The initial dress for my daughter's Prom did not arrive and we came here and worked with Joann. My daughter showed her a photo of the initial dress, they discussed what her look was going to be and then Joann went to work. My daughter tried on the style of her initial dress but went with one of the dresses that Joann found. The women in the alterations department were so thoughtful and professional, they do magical work. There was also a gentleman that helped us during our alteration appointments that was extremely knowledgable and helped my daughter finish her look.

Everyone we interacrted with at Omnibus Fashions provided exceptional customer service. They were so friendly and courteous. I live in Brooklyn and purchased a dress for my daughter's prom and was amazed at the attention and assistance the staff provided to help her find a dress and also perform the alterations.They have a wide assortment of dresses and matching accessories

This was the 3rd store I went to looking for a MOB dress. After a horrible experience dress shopping the day before I became very discouraged. I called for an appointment, the person who answered was very nice and scheduled me an appointment the next day due to a cancellation. The salesgirl I had was very nice, but unfortunately wasn't feeling well and had to leave & I was then greeted by the owner, Paula who worked with me. I Loved Paula!! She has excellent taste & a remarkable vision and helped make the dress my daughter picked out have an even more "wow" factor to it by offering suggestions which I loved! I am happy to say, I said yes to the MOB dress and I'm looking forward to working with Paula on implementing her suggestions!!

My daughter and I were making a day of dress shopping. We knew it would be busy so we put up our patients and just wanted to enjoy the day together. We came across omnibus in our travels and went in. WE DID NOT KNOW, you needed an appointment. My daughter had dresses in her hand walking around picking our haul. A sales clerk walked up asked her if she had an appointment, literally snatched the dresses out of her hand and said “well come back later when you do”. I’m not sure she could’ve been more rude about it. Honestly, there wasn’t that special of a selection to be that snobby about it. Won’t ever go back!

Went in for a Mother of the Bride dress this weekend. The boutique had so many options and the employees were unbelievably nice. Alex specifically was so professional, kind, knowledgable, and listened to everything my mom and I were looking for. Such a great experience and would recommend Omnibus to anyone!

Love this store and everyone who works there! This is the only dress store I will buy from when needing something for a special occasion. And Paula the owner is awesome!!
