I scheduled a 1 hour massage and facial today for my birthday. The staff was really nice, the place was clean but the service was not good and I'm so upset I wasted my money here. I'm not new to spas and this was by far my least favorite facial and massage. The extraction hurt terribly for one and the 1 hour facial was 45 minutes. Usually during a facial you get a nice mini massage of the neck/shoulders. That didn't happen, she massaged me for like 3 minutes and just sat there until it was time to wipe my face.
I booked a medium pressure massage and it felt like my skin was being gently rubbed. Not enough technique was used. This massage was supposed to be from 2-3pm and was finished at 2:50. Started late due to lack of communication. The massage therapist didn't know I was put in one the rooms after I finished my facial. She found me shortly after 2pm and apologized. I was so disappointed!

I just had the most amazing facial here by Lisa !!! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and provides the best ambience for a relaxing facial. After working for 7 consecutive days as a nurse in a chaotic emergency room … my face need to be brightened and lifted … Lisa understood the assignment and now I’m glowing … happy and glowing !!! Thank you Lisa !!!!! Also by daughter got a “back to school” facial… as she starts her sophomore year … soo happy !!!! ?

Very professional, friendly atmosphere. The receptionist are very informative and nice. Had a massage with Isaiah . I've had massages before but this was the best. I walked out feeling amazing. I will be booking an appointment again.

I had my appointment booked for about 1 week, This would of been my 1st time actually going to get a message with Hand and Stone. I received a call to confirm my appointment via message, and then get a call hours later to cancel my appointment due to my therapist being out sick! I understand things happen however there was no accommodation given to me as they “are all
Booked” I have upcoming surgery and i really wanted to be relaxed prior to this procedure. This left me very Unsatisfied being a 1st time client.

I canceled my account because the front desk at the downtown office is absolutely horrible. You call on the phone they tell you one thing you come in. It’s a whole different story. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I saw deals online and you call up and no one knows what you’re talking about and then you have to bring in a screenshot to prove that you know what you’re talking about. They are also rude and unprofessional

I have been going to Hand and Stone in Babylon for the past 5 months and I absolutely love it!!! Lisa is amazing! She is so thorough in explaining everything about what’s going on with your skin. The treatments that she performs are always so relaxing! I’ve been going 1x a month and I love it. She has done 4 of my 5 facials. I book her way in advance because she is that good! It’s a very clean and friendly atmosphere.

it was my first time there they took me in within 5 minutes when arriving to my appointment sabrina was the one who did my service she was very professional knew just the right pressure points

I went in for a 50 minute massage and usually my therapist is okay, but this time she took me in late and I figured she would end late too. But my massage ended up being 44 minutes. And the focus wasn’t really what I asked for. It was a really light massage and it felt like she didn’t really get to my muscles. I’ll still come back, but I wish I Can one day get a massage where they actually focus on getting the knots in my neck out

Jen and Liam are the go to massage therapists!..especially if you have problem areas that need healing! They are also great at sweedish maagw as well. This place really takes pride in what they do.

Very disappointed in my last couple of massages at this location. The therapist asked what areas I would like her to focus on during the massage, and she completely ignored everything I said. For 45 mins she basically just rubbed me all over with her calloused hands, without any pressure. I guess that could be relaxing for some people, but it was not the treatment I requested. Overall the facility is always clean and I’ve never had any issues with the front desk personnel.
