love curl evolution. everyone is so nice there!! each time i go my curls are magically brought back to life through their heat treatment. The stylists are very talented and really understand how to cut curls.

I’m repeatedly happy with my cuts here. Hair is 3c. Staff is friendly. It’s not inexpensive but I consider it reasonable for the service. You’d pay more in the city.
Hair type: 3C curly hair, black and grey

Such a great hair experience with Meaghan M. Always a great job when visiting. I am here to post for a special thank you to the front gentleman (Tom I believe his name is )! I purchased a few products on my way out then Stopped at dominos and forgot everything in Dominos! On my way home almost an hour away we realized we left all the hair products in the pizza joint! I called Curl evolution in hopes someone could walk over and pick up our products since we could not drive back, and would not be back until our next appointment in August. Not only did Tom pick up the products as a courtesy he mailed them to our home!! I cannot extend enough gratitude. This was above and beyond! It's always worth traveling 50 minutes to this salon. Thanks again!!

The stylist Sharon did it all and my hair looks and feels fantastic! My hair is currently wavy thin & fine, low density (2b). I highly recommend Sharon for anyone with wavy hair. She listened to what I hoped to achieve — more waves/curls, my focus on definition instead of volume. Also I wanted my hair cut a bit shorter and some layering to help curl difinition. I don’t like crunchy hair and never use hairspray. My hair tangles easily. Sharon was able to do all of that and I left Curl Evolution feeling wonderful — so very happy with my hair. I will absolutely be making my next appointment with Sharon. Thank you Curl Evolution for a place that focuses of all types of curly hair!

Stylist: Not everyone can cut curly hair. I’ve had plenty of mishaps with cutting my curly hair. I had complemented a coworkers hair, who also had curly hair. She told me she had just found this great place Curl Evolution. Several days later, I booked my first appointment with Allison, who was very professional kind and gave me a lot of professional tips. Also recommended products that would help my hair not be so dry. That was years ago. Lisa had also cut my hair and was very happy with her as well. She is friendly and very professional. This place is always spotless, never messy. I have to say, when I go and under the dryer and look around, I’ve never seen a client not happy with a haircut. They usually leave with a big smile on their face, happy with the curly haircut. Curl Evolution is reasonably price and sells different hair products for different curls. Curl Evolution hair products are high quality and never disappoint.

Gentle, great communication, affordable products, love the look and feel of my curls and they teach you how to style and maintain at home! Erin was my stylist and trainer and she understood my needs and what would work for my lifestyle. Recommend!

Staff was very professional and explained everything as they went through the process. My hair feels the softness and healthiest it has been in a while. Would definitely recommend especially for curly hair.

I have searched high and low for someone who understands curly hair. I always leave the salons miserable because they just don't know how to style my hair. Then...Curl Evolution entered my life. My (at the time) teen had told me she read about it and I should try it. Ashley brought my curls to life. My latest cut has been my favorite. She listens to me and understands what I need and what I'm looking for and finds a good balance between the two. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I wish haircuts weren't so dang expensive. BUT it doesn't take away from the quality time, cut and care you receive at C.E. Highly recommend for curly girls!!!

I had a wonderful haircutter in the city that me and my whole family went to for years. She left the business and became a nurse. We were struggling to find someone that even came close to her excellence and talent. She just looked at your hair and immediately knew what was needed. She had that artists eye. I went thru several hair stylists at top salons all over Long Island that literally ruined my hair, to the point where I ended up with a pixie cut and I have shoulder length curly hair. After two years it grew back.
I finally found Michele at curl evolution who is super talented and right up there with the girl I went to in the city. She loves what she does and it shows. So passionate about her work and caring. I am thrilled that me and my family finally found a new hair home.
