“The best chase branch EVER!!! I would rate this 10000 stars if I could. My account was placed on a restricted status due to a bad check and I could not use my account. After multiple calls and countless visits to different chase branches, this one solved the issue smoothly. I was told different things and was given a run around every time I walked into a branch or called the number, but this branch was just amazing. Douglas, the branch manager, was super helpful in resolving the issue and fully understood what I was going through. We went from having my account almost closed and losing my money to having 3 new accounts opened!! The best branch ever! Thank you Douglas!! A++++++”
