Had appt at 4pm. Arrived at 1:30 and got loaded in about 45 minutes. Parked in on rhs before gate and check in with guard. Didn't even need to open trailer doors, just slide tandems, push it to dock and remove red line. They open doors from inside. Everyone is super kind.

Wish I could give this place negative five stars. I had an appointment of 2:30 p.m. I arrived at 1:00 p.m. got a doc right away here it is 10:00 at night and I'm still waiting to get loaded! Was told twice that they were still working on getting the load together and that it would be an hour to an hour and a half before it would be ready!

I just don't understand how a company can stay in business with such incompetent people working for them. No regard for the drivers who pickup and deliver their products. We make a living based on our wheels turning. We don't get paid to sit. So when you take 7plus hours to load me you're essentially stealing money from my family. I can't feed my family by sitting at your dock why you take your sweet time doing what other companies do in minutes not hours. If you're short staffed then management needs to get out on the floor and work or hire someone who will.

I was a little concerned that I made a wrong choice booking a load out of here after reading past reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I got on site.I arrived 5 hrs early and was put immediately into a door ,loaded and gone in under 2 hrs..I would not hesitate to load here again!

Worst delivery crew/3rd party I've ever witnessed. They give a 12 hour time window for the delivery day and show up at 9AM with no call ahead of time. Payed $120 for labor and parts on a washer/dryer install. Including another $40 for haul away. The guy walked in the room and started cursing in my household. Asking me to remove the water lines. I worked appliance delivery for years. This bum couldnt handle the job. It was an extremely easy setup with very wide door ways, no basement stairs, very high ceilings etc. Brand new water connection with zero corrosion. The guy just didn't want to do his job. I even pulled them out prior to the team arriving to make it easier/more efficient. What if it were some 80 year old Grandma? Wonder how that would have played out. What a bunch of clowns.Honestly i'm not shocked on this third party service experience at the big box store. Will be getting a FULL refund and do business with a trusted local appliance distributor. XPO Logistics you are pathetic. Congrats on wasting all that diesel fuel hiring unproffesionals.

If you ever wanna get a door early and wait for 7 hours and nobody still isn’t in the trailer as well as ppl don’t pick up the phone then don’t come here these ppl are a joke tried to call some guy that came out to other trucks to see what happened and kept walking had the audacity to look back because I know you heard me and proceed to go in the building Great integrity these people have at this place what a joke.

Good fast loading. Got to dock within 30 mins and was loaded withing a hr.

They are in no hurry to get you loaded , 2 pm appointment got me a in at 3:30 pm , still took till 7 pm to get loaded !!

Friendly staff, plenty of room to maneuver, solid and simple process for shipping and receiving. I only took off a star because they don't allow overnight parking and they have the room

The reason I am giving them 2 stars is while they unload , you can not stay in the parking lot which is always empty,but the security guards are very friendly.
