Overnight Parking at entrance. Small place, at the same time easy in and out place.My appointment to pick up my loaded trailer at 3:15pm I called at 8am just to check if it’s ready. Surprisingly, they tell me it’s ready for me! GREAT JOB! I had to drop my empty at their receiving dock around the corner and come back to shipping to get my loaded trailer.On the weekends the office is closed, drop your empty at overnight parking at entrance. The door is open for the entrance into office area. On the wall to your right you will see BOL’s. Pick yours out by your PO number. Sign on each highlighted part on one of bills and take the rest of the bills.You leave them with one of the bills that’s highlighted and you take the rest of all the other bills.Loaded trailers are inside of the shipping area.

I tried to check in here for a pickup. The woman at the desk called me a homophobic slur under her breath, and when she didn't get the reaction she wanted, she called my boss and tried to get me fired. She was gray-haired and obese.

Absolutely horrid and atrocious place to work. I'm glad I left. Best decision I made. This place is only good to work at for a short period. The managers here don't know what they are doing and clearly don't care about you or your family. The ridiculous hours they make you work are similar to indentured servitude.

The problem I have is there are no clear instructions on what to do when arriving after hours. Went to the sign-in area and signed in but no instructions on where to go from there because no person was available and nothing written down. Everyone mentions parking but no one says EXACTLY where it is located. I'll finish commenting after I see how tomorrow goes. Once I found someone that could help me find where I needed to be, I was in a dock right away and unloaded immediately. It was very quiet with only two other trucks that came in after me. Fix the process for getting to receiving by using real people or at least have detailed instructions and directional signs. Fix that and you could be tops on the list.

I showed up a few hours earlier than my appointment and they got me loaded writhing 2 hours . Plenty of room to back and was a light load .

We got there at 12 pm didn't leave until 6:30pm . They said there was some mix up at corporate office. When I requested detention the supervisor told my co driver if a request for detention comes across her desk she is going to deny it. I thought that was an unnecessary and provocative thing to say. Any how I watched everybody else get in and get out in like 45 mins that's why they I gave them any stars at all.

My appointment 9 am. Got door 19 at 7.40 am. Finished unloading in 30 . Nice people. Took 10 hr break here, just across the street in their own parking lot. (JBHunt O/O)

Arrived 12:30pm for 2pm appointment got door immediately while checking in at office at 12:33pm looks like they don't play here serious good hard working people here tells alot about great supervisors at the top. This place is one of the BEST krafts! Overnight parking, fast loading if not preloaded, light loads. Best of all the staff is great, especially the woman with the blonde hair. She is so sweet. I love coming here and will do so anytime!
