It took over 3 1/2 hours to get four new tires at a 1200,00 dollar price. I find that unacceptable.

Nice enough when looking and purchasing. After the sale I have initiated contact many times with no help!

Look elsewhere. Went in to see my options for SUVs. Talked with a car salesman Nick and the manager who both seemed nice. Got a call from the salesman 2 days later and I asked about a car I was interested in from their website. He told me he would talk to his manager and get back to me. I never received a phone call or text anything. Was then contacted by another salesperson asking if I had any questions etc.. I replied back I still haven't heard from anyone and she apologized and insisted I would hear back from someone by the end of the day. That was Friday... it's now Tuesday and haven't heard a word from anyone. Waste of time and I won't recommend this dealership to anyone. If they don't have time to simply call, text or email a potential customer I don't have time to give them my business. *update* It's been around 2 weeks since my visit to this place and I'm not sure what game these people are playing. But I keep getting texts from sales associates asking me if I have been taken care of. I reply with no, no one responds back and they say "oh sorry" and again never reply back. So my tip here I guess is be be careful giving out your number.

This review is meant for the entire Genesee Valley Motors dealership instead of just the Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership - I ran into the same issue when writing this review for the Genesee Valley Ford dealership - but even with that in mind, my recent experience with them left a bad taste in my mouth. I want to make sure someone higher up in the entire Genesee Valley Motors family of dealerships sees this review, and hopes to make things better in terms of communication. Right now I don't recommend Genesee Valley Motors to anyone due to their lack of communication in letting prospective customers know a car was still available when it was actually no longer available. In other words - it was sold when I drove all the way down to their dealership in Avon to take a look. I hoped to take a look at their 2012 Nissan Versa, and throughout the week before, the sales rep I talked to (Tommy) said it was still available. I called the dealership yesterday, and they said yes, it was still available. And also, the car was not taken off their website - if it was really sold, it should've been taken off. No. I should've seen the red flag coming when the rep I spoke to before was off today (I didn't know that). Another rep then went over and checked for it, and later said, "Sorry, the car has been sold." I explained to him it was still up on the website, but he said, "No, it's been sold." I was extremely disappointed, and after realizing there was also no communication about looking at any other cars within my budget, I just left. I called them after, explaining if the car had been sold, I should've been notified - that way I didn't have to drive all the way out there. All I got was apologies and that all reps involved in my situation would be talked to. To be fair, my family had a similar experience with another dealer - where they found a car online and wanted to look at it, only to make the drive and find out the car had been sold already. So this turned out to be a repeating situation, this time I was the one suckered in. Lack of communication, lack of follow-up and no empathy - those things don't make a connection for any future car purchases. Sorry Genesee Valley Motors, I can't recommend you at all. Very disappointing service!

Clearly not in any way, shape or form honest journalism. Articles are crudely written, heavily right wing and demonstrate titles more akin to a gossip rag than an actual news piece. If you’re looking for a news source that only ever agrees with your partisan views and reads like a middle school opinion column, by all means please enjoy. The rest of the grown-ups will be over here in case you need help reading any big complicated words.

If I could give negative stars for the service department of this dealership I would! I took our dodge to them for an oil leak and a coolant leak in early December. After the first time in the shop it was leaking worse than before. After the 2nd time in it was ok. I then realized the inspection was expired and had been for 3 months. No one at the dealership alerted me, but what ever, Ultimately it's my job to know if it expired. I took the truck in for inspection first week of January. They said it can't pass with out thousands of dollars in repair ! Well how about you mentioned that in December when you took $900 for repair. Terrible service terrible place. Go at your own risk of loosing your money!

This was my second trip here for service on my Jeep. The first was over the winter. It needed a starter and I didn't feel like doing it in the snow. They quoted me for mopar parts and installed a cheap aftermarket starter. When I called about it they did make it right and installed an actual mopar part. After replacing all of the suspension over the last couple months, I decided to have them do the alignment since I felt they would have experience with jeeps and torque specs etc. when I picked it up today (7/30/19), I was concerned that they didn't do much alignment wise based on the print out they gave me. I mentioned this to the service person and they said that was as close as it will ever be due to my having installed aftermarket parts. After sharing the printout with my mechanic friend and on a Jeep forum, it was agreed upon that I got a lazy alignment tech who barely adjusted the caster or camber, both of which are very much adjustable. I'm going to take it to an actual alignment shop, and if they can align it correctly, I will be asking for my money back.

I had my vehicle towed there for warranty service for a blown engine. Although I did not purchase my vehicle there , FCA had me tow it to the closest dealer. It was 1000k miles under the oil change interval. They said the oil must be changed every six months regardless. I bought the vehicle in july 2018, drove it three months, stored it, brought it out in May and then boom. The dealer would not warranty it . Not only that, but they flagged the vehicle with FCA, making the fight with them harder. My dealer was able to work it out with FCA and I now have a new engine. Genesee Valley will not fight for the customer, only for corporate. Avoid this dealer!!!!

I went there for service , Which was actually warranty service. Was told at first it would not be covered and after discussing it they thought it would be. When I went to pick it up they attempted to charge the full price,When I disputed it they were very rude and not helpful at all. Had a argument with them which accomplish nothing. They held my car over night And until the following day when they finally agreed to honor the warranty. I have bought at least six cars from them, but after this they have totally lost my business. The same thing as happened to me before so I will now find a new Chrysler dealership to do business to d

So far so good... we are very impressed with the level of service we've received so far. Our salesperson, Kim Kowalka, was the MOST informative Jeep expert we have had the pleasure of meeting. This is why we bought our Jeep Cherokee here and *NOT* in Monroe County (period. End of Story.) We were told by a salesperson in the Western Monroe County area that power lift gates were not available on Jeep Cherokees. Imagine that!. We love our Jeep, especially during the past week when we had 22" of snow dumped in our neighborhood. We've also taken our 2013 Chrysler 300 there for service... even though it's further drive down 390 than other, local, servicing agents. Worth the trip!

I was in a few weeks ago I stopped by to look at trucks and was greeted by Kim. At first impression I was hopeful that for once I had met a salesperson who wasn't too pushy after hearing your "no-nonsense" pitch on the radio. Now I don't know too much about trucks and in fact I've never owned one before so naturally I had a ton of questions. Kim didn't really seem to know what she was talking about and had to keep asking for help from one of the other guys, I think his name was John...too bad I couldn't have worked with him. At any rate, I landed on a truck that I really liked and when it came to trade I thought Kim was very low so she said "wait a minute let me see if my manager can make some calls and get you more for your trade". Great, so I thought. While she was in the office I happened to walk by for a cup of coffee in the customer lounge and I heard her making fun of my appearance saying I looked like I need a shower and saying that I was "a torture". What kind of employee makes fun of their patrons? I was honestly disgusted but I don't like confrontation so keep from further embarrassment and making a scene I got her numbers on my trade and left. I will NEVER return to Genesee Valley because of that. To be fair, I'm sure there are some workers there like John who know what they are doing and are respectful but as long as she's there I will never go back. Advice to the owner; observe your employees better and be careful as to who you hire. People like Kim will destroy your business not help build it. Maybe I'll give you guys a chance when she is gone.

The other day I stopped in this dealership to ask about a used car they had. When I walked into the building I was greeted by a guy named, Justin, who through the food stuck to his lip, introduced himself as the manager. I was a little set back by his demeanor. Not only did he have food stuck to his mouth but he smelled heavy of cigarettes. He was abrupt and, rude. The bag of McDonald's on his desk gave me the feeling that his intention was to get back to his meal. I ended up leaving feeling disgusted by the encounter. I will not be back.
