I loved going to this office, but then all of a sudden, Becky got nasty with me and refused to take any of my animals. I had been a client for over 25 years and all of a sudden I wasn't worth working with me and my hours!

Dr. Nathan and Dr. Becky are the best. We drive from Webster to Avon to see them. Dr. Nathan’s routine care is great and most recently (yesterday), he helped us out with an unexpected situation and on a holiday weekend. Our best guy Bandit was (mostly) back to himself this morning. We appreciate Dr. Nathan for his straightforward and knowledgeable care.

Dr Nathan and his wife have been our vets for 28+ years. They have treated and cared for 5 of our family pets over the years. I find them both experts in their field and care deeply for not only their patients but also the pet owners. Over the years my pets have always been provided the best care and correct treatment plan. They are honest, trustworthy and compassionate. I highly recommend them and feel so fortunate to have them taking care of our pets over almost 3 decades.

Be careful making an appointment here. They require a $25 deposit at the time the appointment is made. I made my appointment 3 weeks out because they did not have any other times available. A week later I was able to get my dog into another clinic right away for an infection she was having. I called Dr Nathan's office to cancel my appointment 2 weeks from then only to be told that because they are so busy, they will not refund my $25 deposit. Think about that for 1 minute. They are so "busy" that they can't give my appointment to somebody else 2 weeks from now? They would not refund the deposit. So, my question is, are you really that busy or are you really that greedy? The $25 charge has been disputed with my credit card company. 4/2024 - The $25 has been returned thanks to my credit card company. I do not recommend this veterinarian, and firmly stand by my review of them.

I take my Yorkie here and they are nothing but kind, caring and professional. I am looking for a Vet who knows animals, not just looking to make a buck by ordering tests and treatments that are unreasonable and expensive. If you are looking for a good, caring , and down to earth Vet- Dr Nathan and his wife are the answer!
