After a breakdown in Avon 35 miles from home , I found Mike @ Countryman Automotive with a Google search. A quick call and he set me at ease, recommended a honest reasonable tow service (White Horse Automotive) and contacted me as soon as he could with my needed repairs. After that he repaired it as soon as the part arrived and billed me at what I consider an extremely reasonable price. Very smooth no nonsense establishment. While picking up the car I was able to meet a few of his employees who were also very professional. Its a Gem of an establishment with FULL service gas attendants (repairs/gas).

I have been going to Mike since my good buddy Glenn Cranmer recommended him for his honesty and good workmanship, not to mention all of my neighbors bragged about how happy they were with Mike. I have been taking my 2005 Honda Accord with now 200,000 miles to him and actually extend most of the credit of having 200,000 and running to Mike's expertise on making the right moves and repairs at the right times. Most recently I had Mike replace my CVC joints and come to find out one of them went defective. I brought it back under the warranty and he ran into some bad luck with his supplier having gone through 2 replacement axles and many hours of his labor. He came up with another option to purchase from a different vendor and different manufacturer.With a few prayers on my end that I was not going to be looking at BIG BUCKS of a new transmission low and behold the 3rd axle held and no leaks! I would recommend Countryman's Auto to any one I don't care if you have to drive down from Rochester for his high degree of honesty and over 20 years of mechanic experience!
