“So far so good... we are very impressed with the level of service we've received so far. Our salesperson, Kim Kowalka, was the MOST informative Jeep expert we have had the pleasure of meeting. This is why we bought our Jeep Cherokee here and *NOT* in Monroe County (period. End of Story.) We were told by a salesperson in the Western Monroe County area that power lift gates were not available on Jeep Cherokees. Imagine that!. We love our Jeep, especially during the past week when we had 22" of snow dumped in our neighborhood. We've also taken our 2013 Chrysler 300 there for service... even though it's further drive down 390 than other, local, servicing agents. Worth the trip!”

“I am writing this specifically for the location just off exit 10 (Avon). What a great addition to the Bob Johnson collection. So convenient. I want to call out specifically Josh (Sales) but Id rather say consulting. He was a real delight to work with from start to finish. I understand he has not been here long but find it easy to understand why so many folks are migrating to him to help make their Chevy (or Jeep... etc..) new car purchase. It's a welcome change to feel at ease with immediate trust.. kinda like having a cousin help you through the process. Lots of good stuff here and I keep my partner in crime at bay with their free WIFI while I asked my many many questions and Goldilocks my way through the lot until I found my perfect ride.”
