Hi Eric,I enjoy watching your show because you actually use schematics to locate and prove the issue. I was a shade tree mechanic back in the 60-70s after which I became an engineer for a computer company. Now that I'm retired I decided to buy an old truck 1999 3/4 ton truck with a 350 motorrestore it or at least make it drivable! I have watched several shows and yours works the best with a tester and schematics. I bought a Launch 129x. Which gives me enough to be dangerous 1- how do you calibrated your speedometer cable? 2- where do you get schematics

Folks in the area don’t know how good they have it with SMA. It’s hard to find an honest, trustworthy mechanic, especially with the knowledge of Eric O. (and you’re getting all of that for a very reasonable hourly rate). You know how I know? Because customers waste their money at the dealer or other shops that throw unneeded parts at a problem, only to end up at SMA where Eric inevitably solves the issue. They will also provide used parts from Wilbert’s to save the customer even more. SMA is the only shop folks should consider for all of their vehicle repairs.

Not a customer unfortunately. Eric O has taught me more about proper diagnostics than I could have ever imagined. I do most of my own repairs but without his videos I wouldn’t have done a tenth of what I’ve done. Your town is very fortunate to have your shop. I wish you continued success.
