I called Averill Park Septic Service a Second Generation Business on the Recommendation of two people in my area. And I am so glad I did. I called late in the day, and they came out the next day. I received a phone call and a text when they were on their way. I had a difficult job for them. They had to find the tank then clean out a tank that had not been cleaned in I guess 20 years on a 90-degree day. They kept working until they broke up all the solids and the tank was completely emptied. Dave was great to work with and I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I have used this company since I built my house in 2013. Always had a great experience. Just called to inquire when I should pump my septic again and was told I was over my 4 year scheduled pumping. The secretary advised they were really busy and not sure if they had time to come out to me. I advised that since I was already over my scheduled time, that whenever they could get there would be fine. She advised they were too busy to call Drain Care. Honestly have never enciuntered this ever with a company.

We called Averill Park Septic Service because the previous owners used them. Lee came and professionally took care of emptying our tank! He said he had been here before, so he was easily able to find the hidden tank!

Everyone from the dispatch/office team to Arron the onsite technician are awesome. Team was able to fit me in day of for a last minute pump. Office team communicated timeline and expectation of what to do to make the process seamless when the technician arrived. Arron was professional and a huge help getting me taken care of. 10 our of 10 would recommend this company.

Our prior realtor, Sharon Marks referred us to Averill Park Septic for future maintenance.
Called and had an appt within days. The person that answered the phone was kind and helpful.
We were given technician Lee, he was amazing!!!! Beyond kind, on time, fast worker and very helpful in questions that we had about the current job and future work.

An extremely personable gentleman showed up to take a look around at my very sudden septic woes that were keeping me and my dog from inhabiting our dwelling. By days end my four legged beast and I were back home running water and enjoying the best night's sleep in history. I have always been grateful for my health, family, and accurate cross bank shot, but I have added flushing toilets to my universal appreciations. ??? I would strongly recommend them to a friend.
