Not a very good experience. I was in search of locally sourced river rock. (Egg shape) It said in stock online and I added 20 bags to my cart. I then called to be SURE they had what I needed. I was told yes it's here and rushed off the phone and basically hung up on. I then placed the order. I showed up 30 minutes later and the cashier says oh sorry we don't have it. Well does any other ace have it?we don't work with other ace hardwares we don't know. The manage rudely said just cancel it, no apology nothing. Now it's on day 2 of waiting for the $150 refund. Not very good place to bring your business. ?

This is not the closest ACE to me but they had what I needed in stock so I was able to go get it and finish my project. The others had to have it shipped to the store in a couple days, I'm not patient like that when I'm trying to do something now! The staff were knowledgeable and quick to get me on my way. Thank you!

Buy here often. Lots of useful tools, materials, paints etc. The staff is great! We are lucky to have a place like this out here!

Nice to have a local hardware option without having to drive into town. Seems to have everything one can reasonably expect in a rural hardware/farm store. Kinda cool how they can fit so much into what seems like a pretty small place, as seen from the outside.

I shop at Tremont three or four times a week for over 15 years. Very friendly and accommodating staff. On first name basis with most of them. Prices are comparable to the home Depot on most items. Very helpful with special orders and helping you get what you need. My only complaint is mind your step. At times they are redoing shelving and there is product in the isles. Still enjoying doing business with them. They help me get my jobs completed.

Had everything I was looking for and the young lady at the cash register (I think her name was Denaya) was a delight and knew where every item I needed was located, making my shopping trip painless as I didn't have to search all over!!!!
