If you are looking for a shop that will be upfront, dependable, honest, and overall good people… this is your shop.
I have struggled with dealerships and chain repair shops not being transparent and trying to take advantage of me.
First time meeting the owner and staff I knew they were genuine and care about their work. They took the time to listen and care about my cars needs.
To sum it up, great people, quality work, and fair pricing.

After an awful experience at a local dealership, where my car sat without being looked at for nearly two weeks, I called Xcelerated to see if they would be able to check it out. I had it towed there that afternoon. They had it looked at, diagnosed and fixed within two days time! Joe and Mike went above and beyond every step of the way. They even took the time to call the company I have a warranty through to see if any of what they did would be covered. Doing so saved me over $250! Grateful is an understatement. They are wonderful, honest people. I will be taking my car to Xcelerated for any, and all, service from now on!! Thank you Joe and Mike!!

I have been going to Xcelerated Auto for 12 years or more and have never been disappointed. Joe and his team continually go above and beyond to providie excellent service whenever I have a mechanical issue or am in need of regular maintenance on my vehicle.
As a single woman with one income they are always willing to help accommodate my financial capabilities at any given time which to me is priceless.
I can call anytime with questions or concerns and know there will be help on the other end of the line.
Always ready with fast, friendly service I have and will continue to recommend Xcelerated Auto to anyone ever in need of an honest and reliable auto service shop. I will forever remain a loyal customer to Joe Gagliano and his wonderful team because they truly are the best around.
