Very helpfull and knowledge. Went in to have a vape fixed and as the gentleman was fixing it he was explaining and just talking with us. ( my gf and i) definitely going to be going back.

Tiny hole in the wall shop with plenty to offer for your vaping needs, however, ridiculously overpriced. Paid $27 for a rechargeable disposable vape, which I can get at most other vape stores for $15-20.

Love the staff, but they sold me some of the owners homemade flavored e liquid for $30. Tasted terrible and giving me a headache. Asked for a return or trade for a known good, they refused to make it right. What company won't make it right with a customer on a product they make themselves? This one apparently.

I placed an online order that you shipped (on the 12th)but as of today (2/26/23) it is still not here its been almost 20 days without having the item and they will not return my calls. ***BUYER BEWARE***I will certainly update when and IF I get the order.

Decent juices, not a cult member but I guess I pay them, not sure if that does make me a member, I think they might have cult meetings in the basement of this old masons lodge, guess that would make sense.

Every time I go here, there is one particular employee who is always so icredibly rude and unpleasant towards me. I always try to be polite to her but she insists on maintaining this rude attitude. She's obviously just holding a personal grudge over some petty drama from two years ago and can't be professional enough to just not be mean to me when I go in there. I normally don't care about these things bc everybody has bad days, but this has been so consistent that I've had enough and I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

when it was my first time vaping, the girls who helped me pick my vape were very helpful and informative!!! robbie and jenna explained to me very easily how to work my smok and how to fill the pod etc! and also how and when i would know to replace the pods. everything is also priced well for the productsthe owner is also very cool and is very sensible in his policies. i’ve now been a customer for over a year and will continue to keep my business here. i love vape kult and their employees!! customer service is superb!

The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable about products. The location is clean and convenient, and the prices are reasonable. Their vapes are high quality, and I’ve never been disappointed. I don’t live in town anymore, but this is still the only place I buy vapes from.
