The process was very easy, thr truck was very clean/comfortable, it came with modern technology like the rearview mirror backup camera and Barbara's customer service was top notch! I highly recommend using Penske over other self moving companies like U Haul. The vehicles are nicer, the price is better, the process is smoother and the customer service is much better.
