I was Able to negotiate a fair deal from another state. Sales manager, Larry was professional and easy to Work with. Before taking ownership of the vehicle, an issue was found and corrected at the dealership. I was not offered and concessions during my wait, but was able to find customer lounge and restroom on my own. The problem was corrected in a timely manner and was better to be found at the dealership than on the road on my way home. I Would definitely do business with Bidleman Ford again.

I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. My experience with their service department has been nothing short of deceptive and disappointing.
We purchased our vehicle from this dealership, with the agreement that all brakes and rotors would be replaced before we took delivery of the vehicle. After noticing our brakes were pulsating, we brought the car in for service, only to discover that the dealership never replaced the brakes and rotors as promised. They assured us that they had corrected the issue during this visit, and we left thinking everything was finally taken care of.
However, not long after,(1 year and 5 months)
the brake pedal started pulsating again. We returned to the dealership, expecting them to honor their original commitment. Instead, we were met with blame and excuses. The service manager claimed that because we didn’t bring the car in for a yearly brake check-up, the warped rotors were now our responsibility—conveniently neglecting to mention that they likely never replaced them in the first place. To add insult to injury, they now want to charge us over $470 to fix what they should have addressed from the start.
This dealership clearly lacks integrity and honesty. I firmly believe they resurfaced the rotors last year instead of replacing them, as originally agreed upon. Their refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes and their blatant attempt to pass the cost onto us is unacceptable.
If you value transparency and quality service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This dealership has lost our trust, and we will not be returning.
