I have had my vehicle serviced here only a couple times but I have found so far the service department team to be very helpful & courteous. The team seem to have a good knowledge of the vehicles being serviced.

Absolute worst parts of department do not come here. They sold me a broken glow plug and then would not take it back That is a $56 part now it is $112.00. No Sort of discount either absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely awful! I purchased my vehicle at this dealership in 2019. My car came in on a tow July 31st. Service put me on the schedule for 11:15am and did let me know it wouldn't be until later in the day. No one looked at it that day. When I called I was told they will get to it the next day. No one looked at it again. The next day I'm told the earliest would be the following Tuesday. Called Monday to be sure it's still on the schedule, then was told they don't know when they'll be able to get to it. Called Friday to see if there's an update. I was put on hold for 15 minutes to be told another story about it not being looked at for a minimum of 2 weeks since it was towed in. I go to pick it up on my own that afternoon to take it elsewhere to see that it's been moved all the way to the back of the lot, will no longer turn on, yellow stuff and brake dust all over my front tire and my son's carseat had been unhooked and moved to the middle seat. No one could tell me how it was moved or why the carseat was unhooked and moved. I had stopped by the day after it was towed in to find that my car was left unlocked, but was told throughout that they lock the vehicles. I had to have it towed out to a different shop who fixed it immediately. All it needed was a new battery and sat for a week and a half! Two service members slipped up and said they've been too busy getting ready for the car show!! My father and I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. NEVER again! So unprofessional and absolutely absurd.

I was not notified before my appointment or even when I checked in that there was going to be any type of a service fee involved. I waited for two hours just to have a sensor looked at just to be charged an $165 fee. Also what they were trying to charge me just to fix my sensor was absolutely insane. A little heads up on the service fee would have been helpful, for I would have waited until I could afford to lose that money to have my vehicle checked out.

When I went to Chevy, I was gonna look at a tracks, but the sales person that I dealt with Elicia. She did a very good job and she convinced me to get a trailblazer and I’m very happy with it and Alicia is an excellent sales person.

I brought my car to have a diagnostic test ran on with an appointment on Thursday morning when I called that afternoon for an update, they had no clue why my car was there. They finally got to it on Friday, telling me that I needed an oil change but nothing to do with why it was there. When I picked my car up, I was told that it was all set and needed to be driven more. By that same night my check engine light was back on. So I basically paid them for nothing. So now I have called the number provided to me about my review and left numerous voice-mail with no response. So obviously they don't plan on fixing anything. I will never take another vehicle here for service.

If you are looking for a new vehicle Auburn Chevrolet GMC should be on your list to check out. Good inventory, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous staff made my experience excellent. I will certainly use them in the future.
