I went there today I had an appointment if you walk in that door and you actually can let him touch your pet you've got problems this is not any place any animal should go very unprofessional unsanitary he even constantly kept saying he don't know why anybody would want to come to him there's way better vets around and he is saying that himself unbelievable enter at your own risk

Negligent. Unsanitary. We walked in and walked out. Needles everywhere. Medication everywhere. Rude and uneducated staff. Quick Facebook search brought up too many stories of animals dying in his care recently. Probably just time to retire, because it seems like he was a good vet at one point.

Dr. Richard is amazing very down to earth he sat next to me and started a conversation never new he was the Dr. had me laughing the whole time and ty for getting us in the last minute Kucherov is so happy kudos to you and your staff

Very cheap reasonable prices! The vet reqply cares about the dogs. However, he does tend to get off track while talking. He is a very outgoing guy just try to keep the talk limited or you'll be there all day! Lol

We have been using Dr. Staerh for about 15 years. He has always had the animals best interests in mind. He gets busy so please be patient. Today we went in for a visit for our cat. She's 10. We knew something was wrong with her.His office was full with people waiting outside in their cars. He tested her for diabetes. It came back that her sugar was sky high. He took the time to explain it all to us. We never had an animal that needed insulin.His office was so busy but he took the time to tell us what needs to be done. Then he explained it was his wife's birthday and he had to leave at 4...I bet he left at 5. He cares about his animals.

I have used him for years sconce Dr. Underwood past away and he’s been great upfront and honest the staff truly cares and the prices can’t be beat!!!!
