Managed to make it inside 30 minutes before they closed, despite the time staff were very friendly, multiple selection of clothes, and the lady at the front counter was willing to let me pay for my clothes even after the register closed.

Okay thrift store. Have seen both better and worse Salvation Army's. It does smell a little weird in there though, which doesn't help. But I've found a thing or two before, so it's not that bad.
