The old guy on the fork lift was a complete mean and very miserable person who doesn't like drivers at all. He used bad language with me!
And I never talked to him. I don't know how this company keeps this guy on front. Keep this guy a way, or He should take a course to be able to speak nicely, I'll have a complaint for him tomorrow

Excellent service, good people, they ask you to register in the logbook and they ask you for your cargo number and the destination sends you to the ramp, you wait for the traffic light and that's it, they also ask you to go through the axles backwards

This place is the worst of all worst for loading. The guy on the fork lift during Sunday was a complete mean and very miserable person who doesn't like drivers at all. We have been sitting here waiting for our load for over 31 hrs. When we asked for a ETA my fiancee got his head bit off. This place is a complete waste of time and is detaining 3 of our company trucks all waiting on loads.Avoid avoid avoid this place at all costs. We now have to deadhead home over 600 miles because these incompetent people can't complete loads and force you to sit and wait for them to finish testing and then have to sit while they remake the glass twice in a row over night because they can't get it right.

Check in by door 10 at WAREHOUSE A & B. Limited overnight parking. The only bathrooms available are port-o-potty outside. LIVE LOADS ONLY. I got in and out of place in about an hour. You seal your own trailer. ?????????

Check in and out was quick and easy and I was loaded and ready to roll out in 20 minutes. Loader was very smooth and I could hardly feel it being loaded. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Appt window for all day. Arrived at 1500. Door right away. Power was out so they didn’t get to start right away. Loaded at 2000 bills in hand. Few drivers made overnight spots up front. Check in. Back in. Once light is green again go inside and get bills.

Maybe you'll get yelled at through a mask because you're hard of hearing, maybe you'll get ignored because you're not worth a darn, maybe both! Always a grab bag o' fun here. Loaded quick, but consider yourself lucky if you get a friendly attitude here. Make sure to read and follow all directions before you finish reading the directions, or else you'll be treated like the human trash you are!
