Wow! An A-1 repair shop with highly knowledgeable and experienced mechanics is like finding a treasure nowadays. My vehicle was damaged on the front end in an accident, with some rather perplexing electrical / electronic problems developing beyond the structural damages. The alarm system (blaring horn) kept rearming itself randomly and going off full tilt. The electrics and computer problems in cars nowadays are the hardest part to diagnose. Yet Chris, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle (including the structural damages) figured everything out and got my car back to me in wonderful fully-repaired condition. So I gladly highly recommend Caliber Collision Center to anyone looking for a trustworthy top-notch repair shop when you need one. They're local, they're good, and they have an already excellent reputation to keep.

I was referred there by a coworker and I am so glad I went with them. I was having a terrible expierence with the claims person for the person insurance who hit my car. The people here... stood up for me when no one else did as well as got my car fixed and back to normal with updates throughout the process. They turned a terrible expierence into a good one. Accidents are inevitable but having an amazingly nice team who have your back and do all they can for you makes all the world of difference. Thank you for everything!

I am so happy I decided to bring my car here after an accident. The people who work here are awesome, seriously beyond great. I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in the day after I called to have it fixed. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, called me personally to let me know if anything was going to be delayed, and at pick up, paperwork was ready to go, they handled everything for my insurance company. My vehicle looks brand new…the work they did, which included painting, was done so well. I can not recommend this place enough to anyone who asks, the work they do, the people who work here, a 10/10!!! Go see them!!!

I had a small mishap with my beloved show car, I stopped in to see what the team at Caliber could do for me. When it comes to my car I am a very very picky individual, the team at caliber came right out to see what happened. They were all so friendly and comforting, and to top it all off offered paint repair same day. That is what you call top notch customer service, hats off guys. Incredible group of people doing customer service at its finest. 15 years in the automotive repair world myself, these guys are doing it the way it is intended to be done.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Caliber. I brought my car to your shop to be repaired after being rear-ended. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the trunk had not been repaired, despite the fact that your staff had given their approval for the repair. I was told that the damage was cosmetic, which I find ironic.
I brought my car back to your shop to have the trunk repaired. It has now been two weeks, and my car has not been moved. Every time I call, I am told that the staff is working on my car. However, I live close by and have driven past the shop several times. My car has not moved.
I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from your staff. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my car and an estimated time frame for completion.

Handled claim for a friend. Used to go to Bianchi's, but we didn't like being talked down to by whoever the new owner is, and we found that if you have an insurance claim, they will book you out for months. So Caliber saved the day. Nice people, quick repair that we are happy with.

Needed some light bodywork done. Went here and few other places around Auburn. Caliber collision quoted me at double the price the other shops quoted me. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.
