Christian, the store manager really took the time to make sure my package that was sent back to them, I called him and he knew who I was, handle the situation with directness and said I should be receiving the package as soon as possible. Great customer service, great managing. Thankful to say the least! I will take a picture of the package when it it arrives just to show the care this store location took.”

“I came into UPS with an Amazon return and no knowledge of the process. Izzy was amazing. She immediately said , “I can walk you through this, it is easy.” It is a different language for me and I was nervous, but she persevered doing most of the steps herself. The entire time she was helping me there was a steady stream of customers who were totally prepared. She greeted each person, helped them immediately while still helping me.
