I just purchased a Toro Super Recycler with the spin and stop feature, it's an amazing mower!! Hats off to Mark, thank you for being so helpful!! My advice to those looking for a mower is to go to M & R, don't waste your time at big box stores. M & R is all about quality and customer service.

2 season old tire tore in half off the rim. Company said normal west and tear. Said no tires in stock, had to order one and it was going to be 5 days. I found another tire and canceled less than 24 hours, and they argued and wanted to charge me a a restocking fee, 20percent if the tire and shipping.

A generally condescending and arrogant attitude over the years I can tolerate/ignore. Bought two mowers there. Feel like you’re inconveniencing them when you call. Went this past weekend to get a part, they were closed. Called Monday AM and owner said “it’s a lot of work to change the website” when I told him Saturday hours were posted on-line and at main door. If clicking a mouse is “a lot of work” then you probably shouldn’t be selling or servicing anything that requires maintenance or has an engine. Lakeland JD in Savannah is the place to go.

Recently went to pick up a Toro zero turn mower fro my sister at M & R sports. Due to Covid19 concerns I called from the parking lot to ask for protocol to pick up/load mower. I was instructed to look for overhead service door and to enter a side entrance door near the service door. I walked thru the side entrance door, however, it led me to the service area where no one was present. I entered an interior door way that led me down a hall to the service/parts counter. I looked thru a door way where a service rep asked me what I was doing and why was I in the building. I explained but it was obvious that he was irritated by my presence. After making it clear that I should not be in the building he did connect me with a service tech who assisted me in loading the mower onto my trailer. The service tech was very cooperative. My experience at the service counter was a very unprofessional experience from a customers standpoint. The ironic thing was that when I was speaking with this person through the doorway of the service counter, I was a minimum of 15 feet from him and I was wearing a mask. The person speaking to me nor any of the other service counter workers were wearing a mask. Perhaps I should have been the one who should have been irritated! Needless to say we will not be going back to M&R for any service on the Toro mower.

Bought a new atv 450 took it home and it didn't run right. So I took it back ,it was there a month before they put a fuel pump on it and said come and get.When I pick it up I had trouble starting it.The guy on parts counter starts yelling at me about something on my atv.He was so mad I thought he was going to hit me .Never going back to them again Beware!
