We're retired and don't drive much, but this week BOTH of our cars broke down, and we were in real trouble! The guys from Harry's came out to where we were stranded, tried to start it, and when they couldn't, towed it into their garage. All of this after 5pm! Then they even drove us home! (And we had our dog with us!) Then they worked hard to make sure that we had at least ONE of our cars back for the 4th of July weekend... AND CAME AND GOT US to pick it up! They were super nice, and super patient, and I really appreciated the care they took with us. I think these guys are ROCK STARS!

SCAM ARTISTS. Bring your vehicle ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I can almost GUARANTEE they will find a way to make dishonest money off you and they have been doing it for years.
Unless you like throwing money down the toilet, then knock urself out

Well the guys where nice even offered a ride if I needed one I went in on 4/27/2024 After doing new toyo tires a amsoil 100% synthetic oil change and checking over my own vehicle including both air filters cabin and engine on 4/25/2024 in which I also reset my oil monitor on my wife's 2017 Toyota Highlander because if I did not reset the oil monitor my wife would have told me the very next day after which I even asked her if the light was on at all after I did all that work and she said no. After all I own and operate my own repair shop Golden's auto service in which I do all the work including advise and wrench. Was also told my rear wiper was torn which it was not because I also checked that and replaced that as well. I was told by who ever called me that I needed a oil change air filter and rear wiper which I didn’t and the oil change sticker was in the windshield when it went in to this place below. I'm very disappointed in my simple inspection that should have been done and nothing should have been suggested because nothing was due I would have done the inspection myself if nys would allow more inspection stations. I will no longer refer my customers to go there if I can't get them in for something I WILL NOT BE REFERING PEOPLE HERE FOR INSPECTIONS OR ALIGNMENTS WHICH I HAVE SINCE I OPENED. ANY MORE ILL BE ONLY TELLING PEOPLE TO CALL FOR A TOW TO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND IN MY BUSY SCHEDULE OF RUNNING MY SHOP ILL FIND TIME TO TAKE IT ELSE WHERES DURING THE WEEK. BECAUSE I AM 100% ON MAINTENANCE WHEN IT COMES TO MY OWN AND CUSTOMERS VEHICLES. I DIDNT GO IN HERE WITH MY WORK STUFF ON BECAUSE I WANTED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD TRY TO RECOMMEND OR TELL ME I NEEDED STUFF WHICH I DIDNT AND THEY DID.....

Met the new owners of Harry’s today!! Mr. Davis was very professional when we were discussing services and the vision of the shop under the new management. Seems like a he’s got a great handle on the area and values the customers who’ve been going there for years. Looking forward to seeing how they settle in and the new services to the shop.

Sitting here waiting in the lobby. These guys got me right in with no appointment for oil change and inspection at a great price. Technician took me out to show me a small problem with my Jeep. My first time coming here, but definitely will be back

today i was behind one of there flatbeds, something happened and next thing i know my windshield was cracked, not sure what happened but the guys at the shop were really understanding and really cool about it. gave them my info and within just a few mins they called me back and said to come in a couple days and they will replace my windshield. just an outstanding shop and crew there. cant thank them enough for there quick response and the way they took care of it so quickly. wish i could give more then 5 stars.

My family has been using Harry's for years now - everything from towing, repairs, oil changes .. anything to do with vehicles. I appreciate the transparency of their service, and that they always call to have a clear conversation about pricing and scale of work before service begins. And, since going to Harry's, it's been obvious that they perform superior work compared to other spots I've been in and out of around town. Highly recommended.

Austin was terrific. Arrived fast and was great. Late nite tire change. Harry’s Tire is the best. Turned a bad situation around with the service they provided. Thank you Austin and Harry’s Tire!!!

One of my lug nuts was loose after I got my brakes done and they haven’t held up more than four months. Their service may be quick, but it’s terrible.

To the amount of times Harry’s tire helped me with towing for car breakdowns, quick oil changes, and repairs, there isn’t another shop that compares!! They really try to do their best and make sure you’re taken care of ??
