My husband and I were in Harbor Freight yesterday and there was a much older gentlemen in the back of the store having difficulty walking with his walker. A young woman named Christina worked there brought him a wheelie chair, and helped him for the remainder of his trip in the store. This warmed my heart. I could tell by their conversation it wasn't the first time she'd helped him, and that it was a habit of hers to help others that may need a little extra assistance. Excellent job.

I dropped in to pick up a few things and was impressed by the clean and orderly store, the employees were happy and helpful.
The manager helped me find mounting tape with a smile. Then I met June. She was the highlight of my visit.
After my purchase I went out to my car and my remote battery died and I couldn't get in the car or start it.
I go back in and ask June if she has any battery's to fit, after looking the store they were out. So June cane up with a solution for me, she asked her boyfriend Eric if he would be able to pick one up for me and bring it over. He said no problem.
June refused to let me reimburse her, her boyfriend did the same, they just wanted to help (great people).
Eric even made sure I was able to get into my car. That meant a great deal, I'm certainly able to take care of myself, but it was really thoughtful
I've been a store manager for 30 years and have been privileged to have led great teams with people like June.
She took my problem made it her own and came up a solution. I would promote her, give her a raise and the recognition for being outstanding.
I did go back and tell her manager, as well as reimbursing her for what they purchased my battery for.
I hope this review is seen by your district manager and your regional manager. You and the entire team are great people and you deserve to be noticed.

Friendly staff and of course the price is are reasonable. I've had very good luck with many of the tools for years.

This store is located in a shopping plaza. They have ample parking available. The prices seem to be pretty reasonable on most items they carry. They seem to have a bit of everything here. From welding, tools ,some kids stuff, lawn care. The staff seem very knowledgeable and friendly. It's bigger than it looks on the inside of the store.
