(Used pickup truck buyer)
I found a vehicle online that I was interested in, so I called them to inquire about it. They explained that it was at one of their sister stores but they could have it transferred to their store for me to check out... I explained that I had limited time and that I was planning to test drive it "today". When I arrived, they had the vehicle there and ready for me... within hours of when I called! +1 bonus point.
The sales staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating with my particular needs. I know I'm different than the typical pickup buyer (36F), but they never treated me like I was less-than, or like I couldn't possibly know anything about vehicles, just because I'm (a kind of "pretty") female.

I ended up test driving several vehicles, and found one with a mechanical issue. I explained the issue I found, and they immediately put it in for service and continued to help me find other potential options. We even ended up driving to one of their sister stores to look at, and test drive, a vehicle of a different make.

Unfortunately for me, after several test drives and hours of the sales teams time, I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, at a price I could afford. I sincerely appreciated the time the team took out of their day to work with me, as well as their friendliness and down to earth personalities. They didn't try to pull any sales gimmicks. They didn't try to push a vehicle onto me to close a sale.

Overall, my experience at FOX Chevrolet and FOX Dodge was amazing. I will definitely be keeping them on my 'dealership options list' for future purchases!

Pushy salespeople who sold me a car that the back latch wasn't working properly, then fought me about fixing it. When I got it back still wasn't fixed properly and my key fob was no longer working.

This dealerships maintenance department mechanics are very dishonest to say the least. They quoted me $550 for a $10 part. My cars stick shift wouldn't go into reverse so they said it would cost $550 to fix it, then I took my car to a good friend of mine and he looked at it and then replace a rubber seal from auto zone for $10 and totally fixed the issue completely and now my car goes into reverse with no problem at all. I will NEVER go back here for any reason. Very unprofessional and rude as well.

I purchased a used 2018 ram 1500 and it was lifted with 33 inch tires and I bought it back 4 times for cv shaft and bad alignment and they fixed the shafts 2 times and the cv shafts (front) will vibrate really bad in four wheeler drive. I called them multiple times, and no call back and I was told replace sway bar links and don't understand why would I need to change that. I needed a Inspection sticker and it was free through them and they told me it wouldn't pass due too emergency brakes and mind you I had it just ONE YEAR!!!! I had to put a new short shaft for the steering because I lost steering on the thruway. This is a nightmare and the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE!!!
